I also did not receive a serial number with my WBC. I have been forced to reinstall Logos 3 (which I had managed not to install when I did a fresh install of Logos 4 on a new notebook). Yet, even after reinstalling Logos 3 and installing the WBC and registering it and synchronising the license, etc., it does not register with Logos 4 that I now own

I'm in a similar boat. I have the Platinum edition, but I figure that the titles from the Portfolio edition that I really want are cheaper for me to buy individually since I already own a number of the products in the Portfolio edition that are not being factored into the proposed cost of my upgrade, and others I don't care for anyway!

I have Logos 4 Scholars Library Platinum Edition the blurb on which tells me that I should have all Interlinear Bibles, however my NIV and NLT don't give me the option of viewing them as interlinears (as advertised). I am running SR-7 with everything apparantly up to date. Is there a problem here?

Dave, Good to hear from you mate. I'm running Logos 4 on a 2 year old ASUS laptop, running Windows Vista with 4 Gig of Ram, 200 Gig HDD, and dedicated NVidia GE 8600M GS 256 Meg video card. I'm about to upgrade the HDD to a 7200 rpm 320 Gig and Windows 7 64 bit. Bless you.
