• Re: Verse Numbers not displayed in Lectionary readings (UMC-NRSV)

Thanks. It will be great to get the numbering back. It was suggested to me by tech support that perhaps it was a bible version issue, or a visual filters issue, but that is not the case, at least not in Logos 5. The first time it happened the numbers were there at the beginning of the readings, and disappeared further down. Curious indeed.

I notice the same thing recently in the Revised Common Lectionary. Bible version makes no difference. It makes cut and paste a bit more cumbersome if I want verse numbers for sermon prep or for my scripture readers. Here's my screen shot. I have reported this to tech support.

  • Pronunciation Table For Transliterations

Hi Everyone, I was wondering where I might find a pronunciation table for transliterations. The reverse interlinear feature provides a transliterated text, with various pronunciation marks, but I am not sure what all the various pronunciation marks mean. Some kind of key would be helpful. Does such exist separately in the software, or on the web site
Option: add Favorites to shortcut bar and/or add Favorites to a bookmark so most used shortcuts are in shortcut bar while Favorites can be quickly accessed for more. Favorites can have folder(s) with resource(s) to open at one time. Dreaming of shortcut folders, similar to bookmark folders in web browsers. [/quote

  • Shortcut Bar Size

I have been wondering if there is a way to increase the size/capacity of the shortcut bar by increasing its height or adding an additional bar underneath the standard one. I know that adding multiple shortcuts eventually creates the need to scroll sideways in the bar. But I'm thinking in the vertical sense, much the same as in a word processor when

Yup and me too. Glad I'm not alone. I had just re-installed Logos 4, but can't get the downloads of my resources because my login is not accepted. I guess I'll try in the morning when folks are awake on the west coast
Just click the panel menu (Book icon) and find it in the list.
I understand, but the thing is, using the Export/Print feature for exporting, I can't get the graphics to print, such as the one in the screenshot above. If I specifically right-click the graphic, and then paste, I can get it, but not with the export

I need some help here. How do I get the "print" button to appear on the bar? When I dock or float the panel for the ESV or the ESV Study Bible, I don't see it. I really would like to maintain the presence of graphics and images when I export for bible studies. I just realized I have posted this in the PC Beta area. I'm not using a beta. Is this button

  • Re: Inconsistencies with "Books you own ... Books you get"

I was considering upgrading to the Scholar's Library, but this upgrade page issue has unnerved me somewhat. I think I'm going to hold off on further upgrades until things are consistent on the upgrade page. I hope the issues are only with the upgrade page, and not with the upgrades themselves. But I must confess I have now grown very cautious. This

  • Inconsistencies with "Books you own ... Books you get"

I just moved the following over from another topic, as I understand this is the place for website bug reports. I originally purchased the Leader's Library (LE), and the upgrade page accurately reflected what I already owned, and what I would get if I were to upgrade. Just this past Monday (January 10, 2011) I got the free upgrade for the Leader's Library

Hmmm. I originally purchased the Leader's Library (LE), and the upgrade page accurately reflected what I already owned, and what I would get if I were to upgrade. Just today I got the free upgrade for the Leader's Library (KF) and now on the upgrade page it shows an upgrade would give me books I already have. For example, previously with Leader's (LE

  • Re: Midi

Thanks for the tip. I, too, had the Logos hymnal in a floating window and couldn't see the control, but I can now. A suggestion, though: perhaps a search-able item regarding midi could be put in the help file. When I searched for "midi" there were no hits.

  • Old Logos 4 Home Page Selections

Every day new home page selections are provided in Logos 4. Is there anyway to recover the set of selections from a previous day? Every once in a while I read something there, and then later on wonder where I read it so I can read it again and perhaps use it! What triggered my question this time was an article I read about the title "Son of Man" being

Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you for the new print functions that came with the most recent update. It's wonderful for you at Logos to have arrived at this point in the development of Logos 4.
For taking as long as it did to get the ESV Study Bible to Logos, I'm surprised it seems to be missing functionality I would expect to see. That's not to say I'm ungrateful, but Logos has just spoiled us with the inter-linking of material, popups/popovers, etc. in the texts. For example, page 1790 in the ESV Study Bible has
