Hi, James, These invites happen for any reading plan that's shared (collaborated) to a group. In this case, the resource is meant to be free. I just made the back end change so you don't have to pay. You may have to leave/and rejoin the Logos Bible Software group for the free license to apply to your account. (We'll fix that membership bug soon.) Let

Colin, Your document looks great and you definitely have permission to include those screenshots. I also recommend checking out the Newsletters tool. The content in your PDF would work great in that medium and Newsletters can deliver to email-only recipients that haven't yet created an account. Here are a few (old) blog posts that describe Newsletters

Hi, Pastor Kay, This input field will accept any text you put in the text box. The suggestions below are helpers to keep data consistent. However, if you don't see the option you'd like, simply type your preferred value and save. Thanks for checking out the platform and let us know if we can provide more help! Jim

Hi, Damon, So glad you're trying out Proclaim! Proclaim has an easy-to-use sermon recording tool for publishing audio and slides to your church websites.
1. The Faithlife Today streaming video either errors out or the video and audio are not sync'd. This does not happen with anything else (and I have a fast Internet).
Thanks to Don, we're aware of this issue, but don't have a solution, yet. Stay tuned.
2. Thank you for reporting, James and Brad. Most of the team is out of the office today, but we'll investigate as soon as possible and follow up here.

Thank you for the feedback. We've got an invitation reminder system that needs some tuning. Faithlife sends 3 reminders that look identical to the original invitation. We're updating the system to indicate that the follow up invitations are reminders. We'll also reduce the number of reminders from 3 to 2, as well as, adding a notification preference

Geoff, thank you for your feature request. We've discussed this idea a number of times, but have decided to focus our limited resources on making Faithlife better so more people come to the platform. We'll let you know if we decide to do this in the future. Quick question, how do you use social media for Sunday school class? Are you setting up events

Thanks for the report, we'll get that fixed.

Great suggestion, Mike! I recommend you ask to join the Faithlife TV Beta group for early access to some of the content we're producing in house. We'd love your feedback. https://faithlife.com/faithlife-tv-beta/activity

Did you order the new Apple TV ? If so, install the Faithlife TV app to start streaming Bible Screen, Faithlife Today, and Mobile Ed content! I’m loving Apple’s new interface, and thrilled to be watching Mobile Ed: OT201 Old Testament Genres from the couch after my kids have gone to bed. To install and authorize Faithlife TV on the new Apple TV... Search

Matt, First collaborate the reading plan document from documents.logos.com. You'll then see it after a page refresh, and other members of the group see a "Connect" button that when clicked, will get them into the reading plan. Jim

Thank you for your feedback! I agree that reviews can be overwhelming at times. I've put in a feature request to turn that volume down. Also agreed that calendars need improvements and we're actively working on that feature. Can you elaborate on the versatility that Google Calendars offer, what do they offer that Faithlife does not? Thanks for the suggestion

Thanks for the feedback! We're actively working on speed improvements and better 'who liked' visibility. Expect to see improvements over the next 2-4 weeks. Video uploading is a little harder, but will come in time.

Thanks for the repot, Geoff. I'll get this to our development team.

Pastor Roger, so great to hear you're adopting the platform. We are very serious about making Faithlife a great experience, and deploy new improvements and bug fixes almost daily. Right now, we're working on speed improvements, calendar additions, group content licensing, and better reading plan support. Most of our effort goes into the website, making
