Hi James, I am a Lutheran pastor who doesn't own a "Lutheran" base package . In the past I bought two standard base package (Original Languages + Scholars) and mostly built the rest of my library a la carte as my resources as needs and sales developed. Even though resources may be more expensive this way, it could save you money in the long run - buying

Maybe we can revive interest in the complete 1911 Brittanica now that the Noet one is released. https://www.logos.com/product/33266/encyclopedia-britannica I would love to get this down to $40. Anyone else interested?

I am not purchasing it simply because the state I live in (Wisconsin) gives me free online access to a more complete Britannica through our library system. There are other states that do this too, but not all of them. (You can use google to see if your state or provincial Library system offers the same access.) I know, it would be nice to have everything

I don't practice this method (because I am too lazy) but here is what I believe is the best method for retaining what you read. 1) After reading a section/chapter, summarize what you read in your own words on a piece of paper with a pencil. 2) Using dictation software (my favorite is Dragon Professional Individual, which will probably go on sale around

Bob Pritchett (or any other Faithlife employee who sees his name), will this event be recorded for those of us who can't watch the live stream? I have a nursing Home devotion followed by a summer catechism class at that time. I really would like to see all the Faithlife products working together. Also, here's another idea: Maybe Faithlife could produce

The release of Logos 7? I always thought that this happened October/November, but the reference to " new Logos products " instead of "new Faithlife products" has me wondering. (Especially since the url has "logos 7 promo" in it)

Michael Marlowe explains the popular, fake 1545 Luther Bible here: http://www.bible-researcher.com/links10.html It seems as if Logos is selling the work of Michael Bolsinger - which is the wrong text. As per the initial link in Michael Marlowe's article, you can find a web version of the real Biblical Germanica here: http://lutherbibel.net You can also

Believe it or not, Concordia had produced Volume 69 for Libronix. I have the CD and the files transferred over into LOGOS 4,5 and 6. They even downloaded from the LOGOS server onto my new computer without me having to install the CD. I have no idea why LOGOS is not selling volume 69 when it has the files.

Is it possible to change to 100 page restriction on the export to word feature to make it easier for people to use Amazon's own "send to kindle" feature as a replacement?

I got this breaking news from the Babylonian Bee! (AKA. The Christian "Onion" News site) http://babylonbee.com/news/logos-bible-software-releases-klingon-interlinear-package/ (For those who don't know: "The Onion" is a satire news site. So is "Babylonian Bee", but much cleaner)

Yes, Thank you Logos for all the free books!

Thank you very much. I would really like to have this resource in Logos.
We don't get 'the wrong content' because there's only one 'content' in existence for a title.
Dear Bob, Since you made the above assertion, I'd like to take this opportunity to hijack this thread and talk about another resource which has "wrong content". Over the course of the past 5+ years I have, at various times

Thank you, everyone, for your opinions. They are all good to have.

Thanks Charles, The LORD has blessed me with excellent eye sight (I can always read the bottom of the eye charts with no errors).

Thanks, John, for your owner input. That's always good to have.

Hello everyone, First of all I want to thank everyone who helped me with my graphics card question. Here is another question. I need to update my monitor (a 10 year old Samsung Syncmaster 172n ). My budget is $250 + tax. I want an IPS/PLS panel (for color reproduction family photo for editing). I would like to multi-task (2-3 windows open at the same

Thank you for all the replies. I will keep my eyes open. Maybe I can find a good price on a new monitor and graphics card during the November sales. Sadly, I was a little ignorant when it came to purchasing a power supply - I only got a 500W (Bronze) which might be borderline weak for some of the higher end graphic cards.
