OK Jan, looks like that is an app from the Windows Store, so not a mobile app per se. I'll see what I can do about getting this looked into, though.

Thanks Bill, I did notice that as well. There are cases like this where rendering resource text on small screens is problematic. As a workaround, rotating the screen in this case should work.

Bill, related to the dark mode issue, there are some improvements coming soon that I hope should resolve that issue.

Do you have the resource downloaded or not? If not, can you please download the resource (from the library) first and try? Upon first inspection, it appears that we are trying to download the entire resource (in very small chunks) if you are streaming it (i.e. it isn't downloaded to the device).

David, just to verify, your iPad is online and connected to the internet? That would be necessary in order to download new licenses that will enable this feature. You might try force-quitting the app and re-launching in order to force fetching any license updates. You should see a button in a reference scanner set of results that says "Save passage

Hi Karl, if you'd like to try the beta, this issue has been fixed . Otherwise, the fix should reach the stable version of the app sometime in the first half of January.

Graham, go ahead and send me your logs (first name dot last name at faithlife dot com). I'll take a look to see if there is anything that might explain what you were experiencing. I don't believe anything changed in this particular beta related to preaching mode.
