Richard, I've prioritized 10 bibles and a Text Comparison with my Top Bibles shows 10, not 9 rows. Could you give me your prioritized top 10 bibles and what bible reference you are seeing the problem so I can try to reproduce? Do all of those bibles contain both OT and NT?
I've been meaning to report now for some time is that when your in the exegetical guide, when you hit an English word, it used to jump straight to the Greek word and then have the English beside it, now if you have an English word, and you tap on it, it opens safari
Thanks for reporting this James, I think this is

That's good news Kevin. We did fix a similar crash that is happening on stable in this latest beta, so looks like that might have been your issue. Let us know if it crops up again.
-
We will ship an updated beta today that has a fix for "report a problem." Kevin, I can't yet replicate what you are experiencing, but I see crash logs reported for it and will take a look.
-
Just an FYI, but we shipped 8.12.0 (13) to the AppStore which fixes the issue mentioned by Bill.
2. Accessibility suggestion: the new Prayer modal does not offer any visual cues on how to close the modal. The only way to close the modal is a swipe down. For accessibility and consistency across the app, a “cancel” link to close the modal would be good.
Thanks for pointing this out, Grant. That was indeed an oversight

Thanks Bill, appreciate the report. I've identified your first issue, and have a fix for it. We might try to push another beta tomorrow to address that. The second issue sure is unfortunate. We'll likely have a fix for that by next week.

The link should work in the second screenshot if you tap "Done" in the note and then tap the link. Or, if you open the note and then tap the link without first beginning to edit the note content, the link should open.
-
Thanks for the report, this will be fixed in an upcoming beta.
-
OK, perhaps try this ... after you paste the link into a note, enter a single space. That should cause the link to be recognized. Does that work for either or you?
-
Kevin, this is something we fixed recently on iOS, and it should work if you paste a URL link or type a link. (We don't support adding a link to a piece of text, if that is what you are looking for). If it isn't working for you, perhaps you can provide additional details? Here's a screenshot. Tapping the links opens them in Safari.

David, if you simply see the magnifying glass when you try to highlight, try rotating the screen. Is the lag you are experiencing in selecting text, or after highlighting the text and seeing the highlight applied to the text? How many resources do you have open? David, which generation iPad Pro? Tom, are you also on a 12.9 iPad Pro? Which generation

Thanks Sean, we are investigating.
-
Thanks, we do have a case to address popup content being hidden by the bottom navigation bar.
-
Thanks for the report. I believe what you are experiencing is common across lectionaries ... tapping on the reading opens that reading in a popup. My suggestion was going to be to long-press the link, which will allow opening the link (alternatively in a new split section, etc). Unfortunately there is an issue opening the links from this resource it

Graham, there should be no limit. Is it the case that not all show up under "Reading Plans" from the "more" menu? Or that they are not all on the home page? Are any of these shared reading plans? What version of the app are you running?
-
Thanks JT, got your logs. We think there may be some circumstances where a reading plan created on the desktop may be synced to a mobile device before the reading plan sessions have been created. Still looking at the logs, but here is something we might try. 1) Close the app on your mobile devices 2) On the desktop, do something that will regenerate

Thanks for the report Joseph. One thing to be clear about, the library index/search technology is different between mobile and desktop, and even between iOS and Android (I guess that is clear based on the report, but just wanted to state that up front). It looks like once you get to "type:commentary" it is looking for a more precise match in this case
-
JT, thanks for your patience. Unfortunately I've been unable to replicate yet. Could you please "Report a Problem" from the app and send those logs directly to me (firstname dot lastname at faithlife.com)?
-
Andrew, I asked around internally, we currently don't have plans to enable syncing the audio with the resource. Sorry, I know that isn't the answer you were hoping for.
