    In my case, the "close all" crash happens now fairly regularly. Here is my thread: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/204624.aspx Even though I posted many logs, there does not seem to be progress towards a fix.

    Here is a log with the sync error occuring: 5074.LogosLogs.20220210-050943.zip I closed all windows and resources (using Close All) but without a restart of Logos. The syncing then worked. Here is a log of the working sync: 8345.LogosLogs.20220210-055129.zip Hope this helps you track down this long-standing issue. It is not new to this beta.

    This looks very similar to the issue I reported here: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/204874.aspx It has been an ongoing issue on all my Macs for a long time. @David: I mainly experience this on a secondary monitor. Is it the same for you?

    Synchronization Fixed a bug that would cause syncing to never complete. Let's hope this fixed my sync issue. I will monitor it.

    I understand that there need to be policies. And one of FL's policies is that beta versions are not supported by tech support. But if FL's ultimate goal is to improve Logos, then my current experience does not support this goal. When I recorded the logs, I was on beta version 9.10.0.0018.     Many years ago, getting a reply from CS took several days. It meant that there was virtually no customer service. This has since changed for the better. CS replies now very quickly. Especially when it comes to refunds, they have become very responsive. However, when it comes to technical support, things are still hit-and-miss. In my currently still

    This would be amazing. But I doubt it will ever happen. At the moment, I use Logos, Books (from Apple) and Kindle. I don't use paper books anymore. A few books that I was only able to get in paper, I took apart, scanned them, created a PDF and loaded them into Apple's Books app.

    Hi Todd, This is not a new issue. I have had this happen over the last few years. It is difficult to reproduce and (at least for me) only occurs every few weeks. It tends to happen on an external monitor. After rebooting of the computer and restarting of Logos, things tend to be back to normal.

    Downloading many resources will take a lot of time. Manually copying them from an old computer (or backup) to the new one is significantly faster. I believe I used Method 3 from this article last time I upgraded computers: https://wiki.logos.com/quick_installation_onto_multiple_computers
