I am practically computer illiterate, but could this issue be related to why videos and motion graphics in Proclaim stop working mid-presentation? Despite drivers and all updates being current? We have a NVIDIA card and it appears to be "crashing" at times as the motion graphics stop working and any slide we try to upload after that has jumbled pixels

We are having the same issue. We replaced the video card, then the entire computer. Still happening. It does fine up until about 10:45 am, then all moving backgrounds stop working and videos will not play either. It has happened about 5 weeks in a row, if not more. We have updated every driver and all software. We run no other programs. We thought possible

I agree. We had this change made Friday as we were preparing for our weekend services. What a wrench that put in our way of doing things and caused me over an extra hour of prep time to copy and paste and then try to have the version/reference show up correctly in the screen. Because you could not choose a drop down, it did not show correctly And looked

I have to say. It has crashed twice on us, but the customer service has been great. Working hard with to fix the issues. Some on our end. Very responsive.

Thanks so much! The support has been very quick to respond and thorough. I removed the non-Proclaim .mov file moving background and could back it up. If anyone is having that issue with Windows, good to try to see if that is the file affecting the backup.

Thank you!!

Any other information you can give me on this? We are having this issue currently.

Did you also have catastrophic failures on Christmas Eve? We did and I was trying to go back and remember when we last had them. I knew it was near Thanksgiving. I believe it was the Sat night before Thanksgiving that all of Proclaim would not sync and we could not access any of their forums or websites. I believed at the time that their server was

Disabling the hardware accelerator, I was told by support, is only for when you are playing long videos. By disabling it during moving backgrounds, I am making Proclaim slower which doesn't fix my issue. There needs to be a better fix for using moving backgrounds. We were only using 2 and it kept freezing and finally crashed.

We had a proclaim meltdown on Christmas Eve for our busiest service at 8 pm. These are the issues we ran into. We had just 2 moving backgrounds in the presentation and NO videos. They didn't work and ended up locking up, then crashing, Proclaim. Disabling the hardware accelerator just makes all of Proclaim run slower. We are using Windows 7 Professional
