Rick, I have both the hardback and the LOGOS version of that work. It is worth its weight in gold! It will open your eyes to see how much the OT saturates the NT. I find myself all the time when in that work, thinking "I had no idea that was there." Truly is a great work. It is a little technical- in the sense it is so text focused, but no more than

I done so, but I got a response from FL that they needed more information...so is there a way I can send you the report directly? Thanks,

Was wondering from someone who has experience with the Anchor Yale Bible Dictionary and the IVP Bible Dictionaries. Which is preferred? I know AYB has historically been respected. How does the IVP stack? Comparisons, Contrasts, strengths, weaknesses? Thanks!

Mark, of course no person NEEDS any book save the Bible, that goes without saying I appreciate the information on the Handbook (I have read almost the first 3 chapters), but since I have some books on Exegesis, and the Commentary NT use of OT, am trying to figure out if this is a good addition. To be honest, with the Commentary, I most likely would

Ok, so wanted to throw this out there for those with experience with some resources. I have Beale's work A Commentary on the New Testament's Use of the Old. Recently I bought Beale's handbook on the NT use of the OT. It is dealing with the exegesis of the NT use of the OT, which is what was utilized when the Commentary was done. So here is the question

Ok, so let me see if I can give all you need to investigate this... I have a Samsung Galaxy S7, running Android 6.0.1. My Faithlife app is 5.12.4 (Build 512041174), and I have been on regular network and my home wifi and the same thing happens. I open the app to my library, and under recent I open the resource I have been reading in for several days

Hello, I know this issue has come up before but I cant seem to find a simple (un technical) solution. I have an Android, and when reading a book, the place I left off seems to sync fine to my desktop, however, none of the notes or highlights I add on my phone seem to show up on my desktop. Any help would be welcomed.

I noticed the price for the ICC commentary series is more than the NIC series, which is top rated on most books. So my question is first off why are they so expensive?- what makes them valuable? How do they compare and contrast to the NIC?

Everlasting Dominion is newer- 2006, whereas the Biblical Theology of the OT is 1991. Amazon reviews seem to favor the newer volume.

Any good systematic theology should give digested facts about the subject. I particularly like Grudem's.

I went to vote and seen a "Started" response from FL. What does that mean?

I wish the search was simplified. I cannot ever remember the search formulas, and loathe having to find them. I wish when I clicked "Search" and chose Bible, the software was smart enough to offer these possible searches when it gave the initial result. Example: Search> "God as shepherd" > Bible > = Results: Pick one: Exact Phrase Similar Phrase Inference

How can I delete personal books I uploaded? Thanks,

Ok, so I want you good people to share your advice here. I ordered the Pre-Pub of the Lexham dead sea scrolls reverse interlinear for $50. Is this a resource I need? I mean how valuable will this really be? Thoughts, comments are encouraged and very much welcomed here... Thanks.

I have a side question- how can I delete some personal books that I have imported on my Desktop application? Thanks,
-
I have a question, that I think can only be answered by someone who has the print copy. Looking at 1 Timothy 3:2, "husband of one wife," my commentary by Expositor's has him saying this, "What is here forbidden is digamy under any circumstances." But when reading Wuest's commentary, he quotes this same line from Expositor's and says this, "What is here

Best Commentaries dot com has some of these pitted against each other in some form or another. Since the WBC is on sale, I thought I could pick some up- but want to make sure I get the best ones (keeping tight on the budget). I purchased in the WBC- Ezra-Nehemiah, Job, Daniel, Hosea-Jonah, Galatians, Colossians-Philemon, Pastoral Epistles, Hebrews,
