I have no idea about the prioritization. It is whatever it is. But whever Strongs is first or BDAG is first, it still did not open up the definition bar on the right vertical pane, as it does from time to time.

Hi. Well, my priority is to write two sermons. And I have them underway. I usually write them without Logos, so what is new. And the problem was that it did not show up on the right side bar as it usually does. Or I should say sometimes does. I don't use it enough to say usually. Some one else showed me I can find lexicons under Word for Word - which

Yes. Then I had to figure out how to attach because it want to upload media from the comp. So I have decided I press print screen, (that was a problem, too, to learn. I would press it and then look for my printer to spit it out) and then save that to my desktop. Click the link, then find the screen shot on the desktop. then go. So this is more than

Dear Smiles. Thank you for the reply. I am more confused. But, I am grateful that you took time and effort. Maybe I can grasp it later. Thanks again.

Hi. My town does not have a dry cleaners, much less a Starbucks. I'm glad it works for you.

I paste the print screen stuff here, and it shows up in this box, but it posts as blank.

Hi. I will try to give more info. I type Luke 22 in the command box, and that opens ESV on the right half of the screen. The left half is blank. I put the point on the word covenant. It opens a strip along the bottom with lemma and stuff. There is Strongs with a link. But it does not open an vertical panel on the far right with BDAG. So I clcik on guides

Ok. I was just looking at Luke 22:20. I wanted to look up the meaning of diatheke in BDAG. I think I have BDAG and looked stuff up before, but now it would only give me Strongs. I ran the verse in Exegetical Guide, no luck. Did not even list a lexicon. Ugh.

Thank you, but I just don't know. When I click on things instead of inserting the passage I am working on, it either brings up an old passage, or changes the page of the stuff I did want. It finds stuff, but never what I want or need, and I supposedly have 2800 books of something. I don't know the specific problems or how to describe them. But I appreciate

Does anybody actually use Logos? I find it utterly impossible. I took a class. No help Watch videos, they say. It shows me stuff I know. And it is still useless. Buy more stuff. I have lots of stuff. I have just quit.

Concordia Commentary series, Concordia Publishing House. It is written from a Lutheran perspective, so you may or may not agree with certain conclusions. But it shows thoughtful exegesis, and brings a new perspective. Even when we don't use a new perspective, hearing one helps to prompt our own thinking process.
