Thanks for your interest! At the moment, Logos Now and Logos Cloud will be the only ways to access this dataset. You can always sign up for a free month trial to Logos Cloud or Logos Now (if you haven't already done so). I believe it will be available at the premium level of Logos Cloud. I

They should all be available sometime today. In my experience (which is limited), the update typically happens sometime in the afternoon Pacific Time.

What is it? A dataset that gathers all the cross references from your systematic theology resources on a specific passage and organizes them according to denominational affiliation. How does it work? Logos searches your systematic theology resources for biblical references and then organizes the results according to standard theological categories.

What is it? Compare modern archaeological sites with reconstructions of what they looked like in ancient times. How does it work? The Before and After tool presents pictures of modern archaeological sites and lets you turn back time by laying over crisp renderings of sites in their ancient glory. As you examine an archaeological image, you can pull

What is it? Narrative Character Maps present the Bible’s familiar story arcs with a new visual perspective that makes sense of complex interweaving narratives. Color-coded character lines elegantly present the geographic location of key players through time. How does it work? Trace the missionary journey’s of Paul and other early church leaders in the

Regarding the Nondenominational category, a number of conversations were had about specific resources that did not ultimately belong under other denominations. One such instance was Lewis Sperry Chafer, whose church was both Independent and Non-denominational. We've opted for Non-denominational. Regarding Jack Cottrell, the data currently has him labelled

Searching for subject:Jesus verb-gloss:hate; to hate produces two results, only one of which (Rev 2:6) is what you're looking for. See image below: I also tried a more general Bible search that looked for a broad range of words pertaining to hatred by using Louw-Nida numbers and a proximity search of NEAR. It brings up 12 verses, but, once again, only

It is, indeed, resource specific. Happy I could help!

Is it possible that you have the "Bible Text Only" feature enabled? To check, click on the screen to display the resource settings and select Aa: Then scroll down to "Bible Text Only": And toggle the controls according to your preferences: Please let me know if this works.

This is a bug, and it has been reported. See here for more details.

I know this doesn't entirely address the issue raised, but it might be an adequate solution to what you're looking for. In the word-by-word section of the exegetical guide, you have exactly this ability. Simply hover over words like "genitive" and you'll get a pop-up with definition: I hope this helps!
Jacob, That's the exact functionality I was looking for originally - thank you! I'm a relative Logos Noob and still largely ignorant of even this most basic stuff.
Glad I could be of help!

Are there specific verses you have in mind? You should find Lord in the Old Testament when the word אדוֹן is used (see Gen 15:2, 8; 18:3, 12, 27, etc.) but LORD when יהוה is used (see Gen 12:7, 8, 17; 13:4, etc.) .

Also, please know that we are listening to your insights and suggestions regarding a better classifications of Protestant denominations such as Other, Independent, etc.

Correct. The email confirmation includes links to videos that explain how various features and resources work within the Logos product line irrespective of your purchase. This is a mechanism to point everyone to a place to find answers on how to use the software, even if you have only purchased a single resource. Sorry for the confusion.

It was a good catch. I chose the Auflage because I wanted to be able to show that when you have the NA28 w/Apparatus resource, you can view the text notes in both the text and in the exegetical guide :). It would have been better, however, to highlight the difference between the two before launching in.

Apologies about not being clear about that in the video. The screencast was shot with NA 28 Auflage.

I believe the reason you aren't seeing Ephesians 2:8 appear in your results can be explained by the fact that the construction in 2:8 does not include εἰμί as a participle. Ephesians 2:8 is ἐστε σεσῳσμένοι: εἰμί is an indicative verb and σωζω is the participle. When you search for lemma:εἰμί@V??P(articiple), you eliminate Ephesians 2:8 as a result.

What is it? This new dataset identifies grammatical constructions in the New Testament and finds other occurrences of the construction in the Bible. Example: Find all the first-class conditional statements in Paul's letters. How does it work? This dataset labels all instances of emphatic negation, Granville Sharp's first rule, conditional clauses, historical
