• Re: Sermon Editor: Bulleted List Slide?

Is there any sort of workaround for this? I just recently installed L7 and started playing with the Sermon Editor. I'm starting to wonder what kind of presentation slide results we CAN expect if bulleted lists isn't one of them... It's starting to look like I'll still have to do a lot of work in Keynote, which kind of defeats the purpose of the perceived

  • incomplete table of contents for Greek lexicons/dictionaries?

Using Logos on my iPhone, I've looked at the following: - An Intermediate Greek-English Lexicon - A Concise Dictionary of the Words in the Greek Testament and the Hebrew Bible How am I supposed to look up most words in those two resources? If I go into the Table of Contents, and then go into the "A" list (for example), the list stops at αβελτερος in

This is hopeful! I'm downloading Beta 6 now. By the way, thank you to Brad and Joel for sharing about your experiences. It's always good to know that you're not the only one!
Problem solved for me in Beta 6. Thanks, Guys.
That crash apparently happened over a couple of months ago. I was having a completely different set of problems back then (which I believe have since been fixed by one of the Alpha versions). The last time the reading plan links worked properly was last week. The only change that has happened is the update to Beta 5. I haven't even had any crashes lately

I don't know anything about "use Internet" being set to yes. I'm pretty sure it is, though, because I'm getting all the usual stuff on the home page. Before today, everything was working fine and I didn't change anything. When I try to click the link, it's exactly like clicking on text. They're not even hyperlinked at all. I doubt this would show up

Yep, that's what I mean. I can't click 'em anymore. So I went to my iPad to read up...now I see that L4 isn't even getting up to date with my reading progress. It still says I'm behind. (Yes, the Internet connection is fine.)

  • Beta 5 - can't get into reading plan

After upgrading to Beta 5, I can't seem to access the reading plan listed in the top header of the application. Normally, clicking on a verse (e.g., John 15-16) would bring up that passage with a link at the bottom to "stop reading." Now those links are unclickable so I can't even get there. Has anyone else experienced the same?

  • one-off manual updates?

I know it may be a bit late in the game since we're already at Beta, and this may already have been mentioned, but... Would it be possible to have the option to do downloads and indexing on a one-off basis when the "Automatically download updates" setting is turned off? Many programs have a simple "check for updates" option in the menu. Alternatively

Thanks, Tom! By the way, I have A22 now, and it actually seems a lot more stable so far. I haven't had any problems yet. But I'll keep you posted since you say that you have seen it happen today.

Regarding the crash reports for Logos 4...I see no DiagnosticReports folder under Logs. I have a CrashReporter folder though, but nothing Logos-related there.

It happened again as I was trying to Mark Read--it was not clickable, and the pointer turned into a beachball and it never recovered. I killed it after several hours by stopping the gdb process. Hope this archive log has everything you need this time. 48853.Archive.zip

  • reading plan weirdness

From what I recall, this is what happened just now: 1) I've had two reading plans--one in OT and the other in NT. 2) I have L4 Mac, L4 Windows, and the iPhone application. I normally use the one on my Mac. 3) Sometimes I go into the Windows L4 or the iPhone application. I've made sure everything is in sync. 4) All of a sudden tonight, I noticed on my

Unfortunately, I do not seem to have anything earlier than 6/1/10 1:20:02 PM. Not sure why. Also, when I used L4 today, I didn't have beachball issues. I'm wondering if it may have something to do with going into my iPhone and marking a few days' worth as read. Prior to doing that, marking read was impossible in L4. Could L4 have been confused about

Ok, I rebooted and repeated the same situation again for the second or third time this afternoon. All I did was: 1) stop indexing for 4 hours (I don't think this is significant but I'm including it just to be truthful about today--this wasn't part of yesterday's process) 2) open L4 3) my reading plans show up in the top part of the home screen, so I
