• Re: Proclaim on Mac M1
Has anyone used Proclaim on any of the new M1 Macs (M1 Macbook Air, Pro, Mac Mini)? I see a lot of discussion on here about Logos on M1, but I'm wondering specifically about Proclaim. Thanks for any help you can provide!
I use Proclaim every week on my M1 Air, and have no issues.

  • Re: Wouldn't it be great if these were sortable?

Yes and no. Hebrew Bibles order and arrange books differently, but that doesn't stop Passage Lists from sorting texts according to reference.

  • Wouldn't it be great if these were sortable?

This is from the Sermon Manager information pane. I like being able to put passages down ahead of time. It would be great if they could be sorted by dragging, OR, if they would sort themselves into biblical order. I'd prefer manual sorting, because I've landed on John 15:1-11 this week, and would like to have it at the top, but I don't want to eliminate

  • BUG - Logos crashes when deleting an image used in a highlight

MacBook Air M1, Big Sur 11.1 • Logos 9.2 Beta 2, 9.2.0.0005 - - - - - - - - - - - - - I created a highlight style that used an image, and then didn't care for the image I used. I went to delete the image (not the highlight) and Logos went away. I tried a second time, and it happened again. I made a screen capture to show you what I mean. Here's

BUT, I discovered when I ran it that I have a bunch of highlights (1,134, to be exact) that aren't connected to any notebook, and which I can't erase. How can I discover what a highlight
I agree with some of the forum readers, Faithlife is more after money, that spreading the word. Now where can I find a passage in the Bible where Jesus asked for money before he would preach or heal. They remind me of Microsoft, they have the monopoly and if you want to get something to help to prepare for a sermon, you
Most of the time the sermon builder/slides are very slow, glitchy on my MacBook Pro, is it that way for everyone else?
I don't experience many glitches, but slides in the Sermon Builder are slow to appear in the first place, and slow and clumsy feeling when editing. I edit in Proclaim, instead.

  • Editing Bible slides in the Sermon Builder

Wouldn't it be nice to be able to edit/format the text of a Bible slide without having to click on the slide graphic, click on edit, wait for the slide to load, and edit in the little field on the left hand side? Yeah, I thought so too. There are times that a verse splits a sentence, and I want to remove the partial text. And, there are times when I

Seriously, thank you Graham; it never occurred to me to do that. I'd still like to see it static somewhere (even as a sorting option), but this is good to know.

I've created a feedback entry at https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-desktop-app/posts/accurate-date-stamps-in-notes . Perhaps it could even be wrapped into the anchor area, or make

  • Note Creation/Modification Dates

OK, so I know that under the note is a time reference: But, i s that the creation date or the modification date? AND … Where can I find more specific information, like the actual creation/modification date. Does that exist somewhere? "1 yr. ago" is pretty vague. If I'm trying to find a note I created around the time I preached a certain sermon
I'm not sure why I didn't notice this before, guess the answer is still moving up the learning curve..... Adding a highlight to a verse or word appears to be the same as adding a note to a verse or a word. The only difference I see is how the text is marked up. Notes leave a marker with the selection and highlighting leaves
