  • Re: Indent song lyric

Thanks. I had tried a few unicode characters but hadn't found one that worked. Any chance this feature can be built in to Proclaim? Seems a fairly commonly needed tool for song lyrics. Thanks again.

  • Indent song lyric

Hi Is there a way to indent or add a leading space to a new line on a song lyric? Proclaim doesn't seem to allow this for a song lyric, but it does for 'content'. I want to break a long lyric line and indicate that the second line is a continuation of the first, not a new line. Thanks Craig

In order to get 1.29 to install after removing 1.30 I rebooted and manually had to delete everything in the AppData folder (which will be something like C:\Users\YourAccountName\AppData\Local\Proclaim. Only after that could I get reinstall successfully.

Did a system restore to just prior to the update. Checked virus definitions were fully up to date. Then opened Proclaim, was offered the update, downloaded and same result - disabled by Windows Defender. Uninstalled Proclaim through the Control Panel. Downloaded fresh installation from the web site. Installed again, but exactly the same result - Trojan

  • Proclaim disabled by Microsoft Defender

I've just updated to the latest version of Proclaim and discovered that I couldn't launch the (Windows 10) app. Tried to download again and was told my version was up to date. Forced a reinstall (from the C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Proclaim\Install\Installers folder) and immediately received a severe threat from Windows Defender. Logs confirm that

  • NIVUK disappeared from Procclaim

Hi During my Proclaim trial I purchased the NIVUK version (NIV Anglicised, 1984) from Logos, as this matches our church Bibles (same version, UK spellings). All was well until the last update. Now the version no longer appears in my bible list, nor can I find it when I search for titles. I can still access this bible through desktop Logos software and

Log states: at Logos.Proclaim.Common.ProclaimWebServiceRequest`1.GetRestServiceResult(Func`1 fnGetResponse) content: {"error":"Invalid song data."} Any ideas why the data generated by MediaShout might be "invalid"?

  • Song import error

Hi I'm on Windows 10 and using the 30 day trial of Proclaim. I'm trying to import songs from MediaShout 3.5. I've followed the instructions to created the text file. When I import the file it parses okay and lists all the songs. But when I try to upload the songs I repeatedly get the error message: 776 out of 776 songs failed to upload. Please try again

  • Re: CCLI SongSelect link problem

Sorry - missed that bit of your reply. I use Firefox as default, but also tried setting the default to IE and Edge but made no difference - still just a white box. Don't have chrome installed so couldn't try that. Just for info, I shut all browswer windows and fully closed and reopened Proclaim each time. Anything else you'd like me to try?

Okay, I'll try that when I get access to another PC. I upgraded to Windows 10 at the end of July (first day of release, I think) and only downloaded and installed Proclaim yesterday. Thanks for the reply.

  • CCLI SongSelect link problem

I'm using the 30 day trial of Proclaim, but am having problems linking it to CCLI SongSelect. Whenever I try to link the account (clicking on the "Enter info" link) I just get up a blank white box (there's a title - "SongSelect by CCLI" but nothing underneath except white space and nowhere to enter login details. I can log in normally to the full and
