  • Need help with a search...

I am studying the way in which the psalter interacts / makes use of the nonhuman environment around us - animate or inanimate, the earth, the celestial bodies, etc. I am trying to do a search using the various senses in the Bible Sense Lexicon and would like to simplify my current string. For example: <Sense element> OR <Sense stone> OR

  • ATTN: KYLE - Series metatdata missing

Hi Kyle, I recently purchased a bunch of the Journal for the Study of the Old Testament Supplement Series and discovered as I was tagging them that Logos has listed them has having no series. This seems rather unfortunate, can this be resolved, please?

  • Looking for sacred art...

I have Verbum's Treasury of Sacred Art, but was wondering if there are other resources offered by Logos that have sacred art? I tried searching the website (using, e.g., 'art', 'sacred art', 'art media' 'painting'), but most of the results have to do with the arts in general.

Those two are probably more literature surveys, whereas from the TOC of the book you linked it looks like the author

  • Looking for a book - a survey of texts for studying early church

I am looking for something similar to the following two references, except aimed at study of the church fathers: Ancient Texts for the Study of the Hebrew Bible: A Guide to the Background Literature Ancient Texts for New Testament Studies: A Guide to the Background Literature Any suggestions?

Yes, I know that I can add another sermon. But just thought I'd mention it in case there is a bug causing that. Because it happens right at the end of one year and the start of another, I almost missed it.

  • Error in Sermon Manager?

Looking ahead at the church calendar, when surveying the end of this liturgical year and the start of the next liturgical year, it seems like Sunday the 28th November 2021 has dropped off the calendar. I think it is missing from next year's calendar (year C), as it should be the start of Advent. Is anyone else seeing this? Screen shots below.

  • Obtaining permission to use certain maps in presentations

Some of the best maps are in resources such Carta's atlases. But these resources usually have some sort of statement at the start that none of the contents may be used in any form without express permission from the publisher. So I was wondering if anyone has had any success in getting permission from publishers such as Carta to use their maps in preaching
