Ryland, Are you trying this on desktop or web? Read Later is currently only available on our mobile app. However, when you add something to the Read Later list on mobile, we add a special tag to that resource (#ReadLater). You can view what books have this tag on desktop by visiting the library and filtering down to that tag. You can also add that tag

Hi Ryland, You can add books to your Read Later list from the main library list. Tap the 3-dot icon on the right hand side of the book, and you should see some options appear, including adding it to Read Later.

You can hold the "Command" to see a list of shortcuts. Not all screens have shortcuts, but a good place to start would be holding Command while reading a resource.
