Hi all, Later this fall, the new minimum required Android version will be 7.0. At that point, we will be dropping support for 6 and below. The majority of users are running Android 7+, so it is unlikely that this will affect you. If you are affected, we anticipate that you will still be able to use Logos on your unsupported device for some time, though

Later this fall we will be dropping support for Apple devices running iOS 12 and below. The majority of our users are running iOS 13 and above, so it is unlikely that this will effect you. Even if your device is no longer supported, we anticipate that you'll be able to continue using Logos, but your experience will degrade over time. You will no longer

Hey Tom, Currently there's no way to do this on mobile. Because of how the backend works, you don't actually have a copy of that doc until you open it on Desktop and it's "copied" to your account. This is functionality that we'd eventually like to bring to mobile. A workaround for your friends would be to go to documents.logos.com, find the doc you
We're making short 'hello' and chat phone calls ... keep everyone safe.
I like that you've called this relational/mental health/pastoral care element out. A couple of questions for you: -Have you tried using the "Sync" button in the Hamburger menu? -Can you confirm that your changes saved on Desktop? If have a chance, use Report a Problem to send logs (where we can maybe see if you're having sync issues). Feel free to send them to me at daniel.dibartolo@faithlife.com
FL has said, in times of brutal honesty, they aren't going to put much in the way of resources into the mobile app. They support it (barely). Not much else. Unfortunate...a solid mobile app would about double the value of the software IMO.
Faithlife is investing more in our mobile apps (headcount, resources) than ever before

Hi Martin, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with text formatting in your notes on mobile. Are you able to consistently reproduce the issues you're experiencing? I've tried reproducing your copy/paste issue on iPad but I'm not seeing it. Doesn't mean it doesn't happen of course-- but any more details (device, version, reproducable steps) would
