Mark, When you name the files in a numbered form like that, do you still have to designate each one with [[@Bible:Jos]] for example so Logos knows it is a commentary on Joshua?

I am interested as well, Mark! Please email me as dvdgdmn at outlook dot com
Calibre is frequently recommended, Blair. It's certainly helpful, and worth trying, if you haven't already.
I hear people recommend Calibre and I have used it some, but I find it quite confusing with all sorts of settings which I have no clue what to do with. So I am curious, how do you (or others) use Calibre? What settings
-
I have always wondered if I use Calibre optimally. There are so many settings I really have no clue about. Do you have any recommendations on necessary settings to use with Calibre converting pdf or Epub to docx?
-
Must admit I have never tried that and it looks quite promising, even if it doesn't do it perfectly but only get's me started. Thanks.
-
MJ, by that do you mean you do a search and replace to designate the different headings? Or is their a different way?
-
Thanks so much, Rosie! Much appreciated. Good timing as well.
-
Thanks!
-
Thanks for all your work and generosity in sharing. Which "type" in the drop down list do you designate in making this a PBB?
-
Once again, I must express my appreciate for probably the most valuable contribution we will ever see in this Forum. Many, many thanks!
-
Looks very worthwhile, Dan. I would love to have it if you or someone else has created this for a PBB.

Ah . . . worked like a charm. Thanks much, Richard. I really love how well this works and your graciousness in sharing such a valuable addition to Logos.
-
Appreciate this so much, Richard! For the first time I am getting an error message. "Error finding your books. Probably Logos was closed. Please restart the program and do not close Logos." Any ideas? I am not exiting. Have tried closing all open books in Logos. I assume the doc you supply is your own listing and the program reduces it down to another

That is exactly what is needed . . . and seems logical to have the same protocols. Why not do that? Although it never occured to me that the filter in library does include user created. But it does not include uploaded as a filter category. Still, you don't have the capability to sort within your PBBs which would be quite useful.

With all of Logos excellence in Search technology the lack of implementation in the Personal Books Tab is remarkable. It would be nice to be able to search for books that have not yet been uploaded, search by date compiled, etc, etc. Not certain why this has been neglected. Once a user has accumulated a good number of PBBs they start needing greater

Such a great Christmas present for us all! Really appreciate this!

Yes, I do not know what you are describing when you say "put this in a collection." Are you saying we make it into a Personal Book and then ...? Sorry to be so dense.
-
In addition, Richard, I had no problems with this latest version. Thanks again!!
-
Richard. This is a real gift. Thanks for your generosity I get the same error when I run your exe file. I tried erasing the previous index file I created last time and got the same error. It seems to work through all my collection and then gives the error. Following that it did indicate it was indexing but the index file was the old one.

I echo these sentiments. This is a marvelous resource. I am quite grateful that you would go to the trouble to package it in such a manner that we can all benefit!
