  • Re: Now Available: ACNA Lectionaries

Is it possible to add these lectionaries to the left side bar on the home screen?

  • Re: David Cloud?

From what I have read of Dr. Cloud's works, while he is a stanch KJV person, he does sometimes reference the NASB and a couple of other of the better translations, when he has problems figuring out wording. My impression is that Dr. Cloud is not anti-new Bible versions. Rather, he is anti-non-Textus Receptus versions and against any method of translation

  • Re: No rewards program

Simple economics points out that the less expensive something is, the greater the demand. I have tons of resources in other Bible applications, particularly those that are out of copyright. Most of those I got for free. How inclined am I to add those to my Logos collection when I already have gotten them for free? Not much. Especially if I am forced

  • Re: Suggestion: Revamp and create a Logos Simple Mode please

A "simple mode" on my app would be nice, where there is simply the Bible text, and a quick way to move around the Bible, perhaps do a highlight and insert a comment would be nice. From a programming point of view, perhaps a Logos "light" edition, that still can interact with the database of the more hefty version for highlights and notes, would be useful

  • Re: Suggestion: Multiple Preferred Bibles

I second that! It would be nice if we could designate/connect certain versions to certain types of resources.

  • Re: Chinese bibles with interlinear Hanyu Pinyin

I love that idea! I actually posted that idea earlier under the Chinese section of the forums. Currently I have to use other Bible applications if I want to see the pinyin.

  • David Cloud?

I would love to see the works of David Cloud on Logos. Anybody else agree?

  • Can you add Chinese pinyin romanization version? 和合本的拼音

Right now, when I want to read my Chinese Bible, I have to use MySword Bible on Android, or theWord for a PC program. I like MySword because I can have my favorite English version, the Chinese Union Bible 和合本, and the pinyin version 和合本的拼音 of the Chinese Union Bible in parallel format. I can also do the same with theWord on the PC. But neither of those

  • Re: How to know what books have been downloaded?

The problem with that approach, as well as any approach that does not use a simple drop-down menu, is that I have to remember keywords. Historically, that means I would have to go back to this forum, to remember how to do that. Something else that would be great is an option to show those books with the most read pages.

  • How to know what books have been downloaded?

I have downloaded a number of books onto my tablet. I want to be able to easily know what books I have downloaded. I was a bit surprised when I went to the Library, and discovered there was no option to see only downloaded books. Those are the books I want to put priority upon reading. I don't want to have to scroll through the thousands of books I

  • Re: Transfer of Bible highlighting to another version?

Does that include the various versions of the KJV Logos has published? One problem that I encountered is that I put a lot of highlights into one KJV version. Then an upgrade came... I think it was the one from Libronix to Logos. I was required to re-choose the KJV version. Apparently I found the wrong one. Eventually I realized I had highlighted some

  • Re: Transfer of Bible highlighting to another version?

My problem is that Logos has published more than one copy of the KJV, so that my highlights are all over the place. I never know which one I'm using with much confidence. Another problem is that I do sometimes like to refer to other modern translations, like the ESV or NASB. It would be great if, between Bible versions, if there was an option to transfer

  • Transfer of Bible highlighting to another version?

Is there a way to transfer the highlighting I did in the King James Version to the ESV, and vise versa?

  • Re: Books by David Cloud

You're right. Dr. Rice would be a good addition. I think Logos could very easily get permission from Sword of the Lord and Bro. Cloud for getting books into Logos format. Since all of Bro. Clould's books are already in electronic form, conversion into Logos format should be quick.

  • Books by David Cloud

If Logos could add the books by David Cloud ( http://www.wayoflife.org/ ), that would be fantastic! Of all the current day independent fundamental Baptists, his writings are probably the strongest academically speaking.

Terminology is different between the computer Logos version and the Android tablet version. They should be the same on this issue.

  • Re: Using the Yale Anchor Bible Dictionary

I still think that a dictionary should be accessible as a dictionary, not as a reading book. Having to guess where in that file the desired word or topic is located makes me go to the tools of other companies. Dictionaries and encyclopedias are worth having their own coding and accessing methods.

  • Re: "Welcome" Page Advertising

I simply do not like the ads. I want to be able to go directly to the devotions and/or readings. It should be an option to look at Logos ads... they have already gotten over $2,000 of my money.
