We’re do you store you personal book documents on your computer? To “future proof” is it best to have those documents in a cloud folder (Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud, etc) or is it better to save them inside Logos4 within the Application Support Folder?

Servant Keeper's BIGGEST downfall has always been their customer support. If you can get in touch with them they're nice, but that's a big if. Who do we go to now for SK customer support? Specifically, SK8 will not open on my mac. I'm running SK 8.0.13 on macOS Big Sur 11.0.1 Beta

I thought that might be the case too, so I rebuilt his links with guides in his library and it still didn’t work. I intentionally used guides Even links to tools and resources that I know he has in his library are not working. 🤷♂️
-
The links are to specific guides, for example: Biblical Theologies: logos4:Guide;t=System_Guide_Customizations:_Biblical_Theologies_(Bible_Reference) Confessional Documenst: logos4:Guide;t=System_Guide_Customizations:_Confessional_Documents_(Bible_Reference) Commentaries Guide: logos4:Guide;t=COMMENTARY_COLLECTIONS I use hyperlinks as a work around

Similar to chapter and periscope divisions, it’d be nice to be able to set the sessions length in relation to estimated time to complete. For example, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 minute sessions. Vote for it here 👇 https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-desktop-app/posts/add-session-length-to-reading-plan-dfad267d-c58f-4408-9b44-8669c3eecc90

Is anybody else experiencing broken links in workflows? I have a few hyperlinks that are supposed to open guides or bookmarked searches. Unfortunately we get a new window that only says “ Unable to Load Guide.”
This would be a huge help.
100% agree And even if you don’t write you’re entire sermon on mobile, it’s be really conscientious to make last minute adjustments from your device. That ability to make small changes last minute is the one thing that keeps me going back to paper or other text editor

Is there a way to access the commentary grouping tags for collections? It would be nice to be able to refine searches (especially mobile) to commentaries based on type or era.

Today I used Preaching Mode for the first time, but unfortunately my screen got swallowed up every few minutes by a prompt to follow area presentations. VERY distracting while preaching. is this a glitch or is there a setting I need to adjust? p.s. I had it open on my iPhone running 9.1.1 on beta on iOS14.2

Nevermind, I figured it out. Simple really=> type:commentary ANDNOT mytag:*

How might one create a collection of untagged commentaries? Hopefully, this will help prevent newly added commentaries/resources from getting "lost" or forgotten.

Will there be any type of introductory Logos discount for ministers who are new to the FL ecosystem via Servant Keeper?

Is there any new support for iOS shortcuts in the latest Logos 9 mobile? aside from the ability to use ref.ly links and logosres to open books or logos4 to open guides I have not found any new integrations.
-
ref.ly is a URL shortening service. It is now supported in notes.
Understood. I was wondering specifically if links could open notes or if notes could contain links.
-
Handle ref.ly links in notes.
what exactly does this mean? 🙏praying for more support for iOS shortcuts🙏

Is there a way to see WHEN a resource was added to your library? I'm curious to see the timeline for what and when I upgraded and added resources.
-
FYI, the content from the Counseling Topic and Passages sections from the Counseling Guide are available in Factbook for Counseling Topic references. Adding the Related Counseling Topics and Monographs sections to Factbook are currently one of our higher Factbook priorities.
The Factbook (Mobile and

All of this should be understood with the prerequisite that I'm referring to iPhones, not iPads generally. They are two very different tools and software with different use cases and potential.
Please vote on this feature suggestion here: https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-mobile-app/posts/791
I have voted

While the search and Facebook features have taken big leap forward, I am underwhelmed overall with the L9 update from L8. I just can't understand why widgets are still an afterthought for the mobile app. Apps that capitalize on that feature have become front and center on users phones. Instead we're stuck with an ill-fitted stock image of a widget.

THANK YOU!!! can images from notes be dragged into sermon builder?
