I also do not see a "today in Christian history" card.
I'm sorry for the confusion, everyone. This new card, and the corresponding Factbook section, requires a brand new dataset called "Today in Christian History." As a special thank you for everyone who has purchased/ will purchase a Logos 9 base package during the launch

Thanks for report, Phillip. This is a stand-in "read-only" view of Passage Lists (as we also have for other document types) that was meant as a stop gap until we have a full implementation on the web app. Unfortunately, the default behavior comes with some limitations like this. We'll consider if there is a way to offer a short-term fix before full
Make a brand new post with that basic information that Version 9 is available only to people who buy the upgrade. Then make it so that post remains at the top of "Logos 9 Desktop App" forum. So it will always be the first thing people see when they come to the version 9 topic
Thanks for your suggestion, Bruce, but
That has not always been the case with my life experience with this company and I was unaware of that change in process but as you said if there is a problem, it is a bug to be fixed and how much priory is going to be given to fixing a bug in the prior version of the software when there are bugs or missing feature in the new

Logos 9 is here! It’s available in English , Spanish , German , Portuguese , Korean , and Chinese on desktop (Windows and macOS), mobile (iOS and Android), and the web at https://app.logos.com/ . Not all features are available on every platform, but we’ve worked hard to deliver a consistent experience regardless of the platform you’re

Hello and welcome, Dakota. No, you aren't doing anything wrong. Only some kinds of documents can be created/edited on Logos web app so far: Notebooks Predefined Reading Plans Canvases (paid feature) Sermons (paid feature) It would make sense for Prayer Lists to be the next kind of document to add support for, but I don't have a timeframe for when that

Petah, thanks for raising the question, and I'm sorry for taking so long respond. You're not wrong—the Go box is one of many areas that need work for unity with the the UX of desktop app, let alone parity in functionality. We don't have any immediate intentions to address it, but fixing toe stubs like this on the web app is already penciled in

Thanks for raising the question, Petah. Yes, user-created courses is something we've always wanted to deliver, and we still hope to support at some point. It's going to take a fair bit of effort to get there from where we are today, though: right now, there's a fairly involved process to curate the readings and put them in a format that our data compiler

This thread is getting of control, so I'm going lock it with this final comment. These forums are helping people use Logos to study the Bible. Any person, regardless of their beliefs, should feel welcome to post here and get help with Logos without fear of being attacked for what they believe. Like all of you, I have my private opinions about what constitutes

Mathew, first things first. Your comments toward MJ are at best uncharitable, and at worst is a personal attack. Either way, it's way outside the guidelines for the tone we want on the forums.
Hey Adam Borries, so if I read you right anyone who wants to come on the forums and claim to be a Christian is beyond rebuke? So if someone said they were Islam or Hindu but defined themselves as Christian we are wrong to say they are wrong? Just want clarity.
Matthew, the way that question is framed, it's almost

Hey, everyone: GOOD JOB! Thanks for steering this back to gracious and productive conversation. This thread was reported a couple of times over the weekend. I have to admit, I cringed a little as I clicked through, fully expecting to have to lock the thread. Instead, I'm reminded what a wonderful community we have.
For the forums

Thanks for the question, David. We're not completely abandoning that idea, but there are some challenges to syncing between two different platforms that don't both have all the same features. Here are some of the things we have to consider. What should the web app do if your desktop layout includes: tools that aren't supported on the web app? more than

Hello everyone, We are releasing an update to the web app today that changes the way that panel information is encoded in the URL. That is, the resources and tools you have open are encoded in all the random-looking stuff at the end of a link like this: https://app.logos.com/books/LLS%3ANIV2011/references/bible%2Bniv.1.2.2?tile=left&zzls=2eMKcTcKNw4EKw4IwEER
