So it does not say "...currently unavailable" when you hover the pointer over the icon in the Tools menu?
any issue with the servers today?
It is a server issue, but you might want to chat online with Customer Service

The popup information size is not affected by scaling or font size adjustment in the tab.

Select them in Library and click on the Information i icon. Scroll down until you see Series heading, and click Set series for all to give them a Series name. I suspect you have the ESV Expository Commentary series, so be sure you use the correct name.

I create collections for reference as well as for Searching, especially where the Rule is complex e.g. mytag:(6Month, Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec) license:temp is used to reference my Connect preview resources. If multiple months are present, then the older ones were not removed automatically. I use a collection for AddedDate

Do you know what may have caused the error?
For reading on screen, can choose # of columns along with "Show Footnotes On Page" being checked:
Except that cross-reference footnotes are not shown whilst Power Lookup expands all references in those and other footnotes.

Did you see my response in your previous thread ?
Is there any way to generalize a reading plan in the Tanakh to just be "Hebrew bible" so that whatever they have it will work?
No. Make a suggestion at https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-desktop-app but possibly specifying "Hebrew Bible" = preferred Hebrew bible

The tagging is performed by Faithlife and it can be difficult to reconcile what you perceive as a topic vs. what is actually tagged (I tried a few that are topics and which appeared to be represented in a journal before I struck gold with Melchizedek (person) ). External user tagging won't help with Topic Guide.

That has been fixed, but The hyperlink on the footnote in Results does not work i.e. it links to the title page of the bible (in Verbum 9.2 RC1 at least) Save as Passage List still does not work Save as Visual Filter still does not work for Bible Search i.e. it is not recognised as a VF in the bible unless it is switched to a Basic Search
Anyway, now there is a snag. I'm using BHS, one of my friends is using BHW and the 3rd friend whom we just convinced to get Logos Bronze, is using his newly acquired LHB. So when he clicks on the reading plan I made, he's told he doesn't have permission for that resource (I'm assuming this is the BHS).
It is not easy with

You might find this post useful - also read from the first post in the thread.

A couple of these overlap and some suggestions are too broad/vague. I've commented accordingly.

The only way I know is via a wildcard search that takes too long. Power Lookup is your best method, but it only allows you to copy the footnotes from the visible page.

Hello Zachary There are several instances of a failure to sync a Personal Book, lasting 5 min. This comes from the last item you changed/created in Tools > Personal Books. I don't know what you should look for, but a screen shot may help. Write down the details and then delete the PB to see if that eliminates the error (right click the entry and
