What do you recommend for using in the pews for bible class, etc? I’ve got a 15” MBP and a 27” iMac I use for long term.
I also use an iPad for church and bible study and know a few ministers who preach from iPads. The caveat is that you need good internet access for the mobile app. I live in an

I have the m3 8g 256 HD with a larger library (>11k resources) and I'm happy with it. As far as speed, I open to a blank layout but from there, the included greek word study layout opens and populates in about 6 seconds (all sections, the word study side is usable in about 4 seconds). the home page opens in 4 to 8 second depending on how slow access

Just another Logos user. I haven’t used a Mac in over a year (current macbook keyboards are unusable to me). I believe that the logos installer is a .dmg file that OSX mounts. I seem to remember that the installer would show up in Disk Manager and I would need to unmount it before I could delete the downloaded Installer. Installers for other programs
I am using iPad logos app and can not for the life of me figure out how to delete a reading plan. That menu seems glitchy and tricky to get menu to go away and even generate a plan.
swipt the reading plan you want to delete left and the red delete option will appear.

I couldn't see much value for myself in the subscription but the Greek and Hebrew tools on the website (purchased separately) are useful since since the LOGOS web app and IOS apps don't yet do interlinears ( the website works well on tablets and chromebook). Great news, The web app is really the only reason I subscribe to Logos.

Could this be a typo? There is a very similar English word. From Mariam Webster: Definition of paean a joyous song or hymn of praise, tribute, thanksgiving, or triumph <unite their voices in a great paean to liberty — Edward Sackville-West a work that praises or honors its subject : encomium , tribute <wrote a paean to the queen on her 50th
Haha yes, the 2015 model.
l have the base model (256gb drive) with just over 12000 resources and it works well. For me load time is comparable to a 2013 MacBook Pro I was using a few months ago and search times are significantly faster (much of load time is connecting to Faithlife and syncing). With 7 linked panels scrolling
To clarify: you do not need to wait for your monthly subscription to elapse before starting your annual subscription , and you do not need to call customer service .
This didn't work for me. I cancelled auto renew but the annual subscription is still greyed out. Thanks
Having only 8 GB of RAM in my laptop is my biggest regret!
Is that due to running several programs at once or does the extra ram benefit Logos (especially search speed)?
Mike, the only way I found around it was to watch activity panel for network activity. When it stops for a while, kill the process "LogosIndexer" and "Logos", then restart. Will need to do this 10-20 times depending on the size of your library, but it gets the job done. I hope the resultant library isn't fragmented or corrupted
