• Logos Syntax Search - Questions asked to God

Long term user, but with very limited search syntax experience. I'm wanting to search for every question asked by a person to God. (eg. Psalm 13 - "How long, Lord") I found this post that helps search the opposite to what I want (every question asked by God - https://community.logos.com/forums/p/126479/823078.aspx ). Thanks in advance for any help someone

  • Logos 5.1 can't install/won't open

When I tried to open Logos this morning, I got this message: "An update is required. Some of your resources and documents are not compatible with this version. To continue using Logos Bible Software, upgrade to version 5.1 or later" A link then follows to http://www.logos.com/installation I then download and run the LogosSetup.exe, which concludes within

  • Re: Ipod touch 8 GB offline

Is it possible for someone to give some examples of how the file size of resources compares to the Logos 4 edition? That might be the easiest way for us to guestimate the size iPod touch/iphone that would best suit people.

In the light of Bob's earlier comment, I am hoping he didn't overlook to allow us to choose between the renderings, but that this can be addressed quickly.

  • Re: Logos 4.0a - New default font

I appreciate that we can change the default font, but the problem is that Logos has altogether removed the font which used to be the default font - so it doesn't seem like it is possible to manually revert to the former font.

  • Logos 4.0a - New default font

Just downloaded the 4.0a update. Very much dislike the new default font - too defined and sore on the eyes. Please allow us to use the font we have been using, which renders beautifully and easy to read.

Thanks for the tips, guys. Tried deleting the Logos 4 folder and reinstalling, but no joy... and then, with the thought that when all else fails one should reboot, I did a full shutdown of Windows, rebooted, started the installation again and have gotten past my last progress point! So I think I'm heading for success this time round!

  • Install problem

Just yesterday, I moved from 32-bit Win7 to 64-bit Win7 and so needed to reinstall Logos 4. Initially the download worked fine, and started downloading 11GB of resources, but had to cancel out of that to arrange a higher download limit for this month. So I uninstalled Logos 4, to try again. This time round, I run the downloadable executable and succesfully
Why would I want to mark all forums read? There may be a thread or two I wish to ignore, but why would I want to mark everything as read?
What this feature lets you do is... read all of the relevant threads you are interested in, and then mark the forums as read. Then, when you next visit, you will only see new posts
