    Thanks Dave, I'll check those out. As to the internet, that's what really had me scratching my head. I was using a secure wired connection at church. It's about the safest internet in the city. I also turned off all firewalls and it still wouldn't go.

    Okay, update: I was able to download the LogosSetup.exe file on a different computer and save it to a thumb drive. When I tried to install it, I got the following Windows message: "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher" Thoughts?

    Thanks Graham! I'm not really sure what the problem is. I've never encountered this before (and have installed Logos on at least 7 different machines over the years). I'm at a public library now, and can't download an .exe file, so I can't replicate it. I'll try back later at a different location.

I can't seem to download the install file, and I've tried Chrome, Edge, and (gasp!) Explorer.   • How do I slow down the scroll when I'm highlighting lots of text?

    I routinely copy large blocks of text from Logos into Word (my primary note-taking and sermon writing application). I've found that if I'm trying to select a large amount of text, sometimes Logos will go so fast, I can't tell what I'm selecting (and often end up with way more than I intended to grab). Ultimately, this a total #firstworldproblem, but
