Mark, Thank you for responding again. I have shared a google doc with you (I hope).
Fr. Devin gave an example ... was it on purgatory?
i gave that example on page three. There are four sentences and not one of them corresponds to Catholic teaching/understanding. They are so far off the mark that it is beyond parody. "Based on how sorrowful believers are in confessing their sins (contrition), such temporal

i haven’t noticed any since I posted. But, those were there when I posted my post above, I.e. less than 24 hours ago.
-
Bradley, i obviously saw them. the post titles were offering spells to help curse or kill off ex husbands and wives etc.
-
I was wondering whether the death spells for wives and husbands was a new community pricing title....

Martha, How would you suppose that would work with an automatically generated article? Obviously, the factbook lacks articles on significant topics. It is surely not a bug.

Thanks. Couldn't remember. Any chance of a click to restart link every time?
-
This morning, I get this: Did there used to be a clickable link to restart?
How great it would be if each week we had one piece of smart media that focused on the Gospel reading for the coming week. I would have liked on the old verbum homepage for images

That should also save some duplication.

Donald a space after the link should make it active

If you visit https://www.bestcommentaries.com/series/new-international-commentary-on-the-new-testament-nicnt/ you can see that a volume on 2 Peter and Jude is being written by Robert L Webb. there are other volumes under contract... to replace older commentaries
Curious: what continent are you on?
Dave thankfully already responded. The slow load was only after the update. On my very first install last week, I thought something was broken because it took so long to load anything on the dashboard. When I restart, everything is good. Almost instantaneous.

Fascinating that "Mariology" is situated under "The Person and Work of Christ".
Asking for a friend
Tell your friend that they can start with Systematic Theology: Roman Catholic Perspectives edited by Schussler Fiorenza and Galvin. This is in Logos. This could be suplemented by a book that is not in Logos but for which epub and kindle versions are available: Systematic Theology: A Roman Catholic
The presentations of the Catholic faith are rarely ones I can identify with as a Catholic.
The section on Purgatory is a good example of this. This section for a "mature form" of the Catholic doctrine is unrecognizable as Catholic: "Based on how sorrowful believers are in confessing their sins (contrition), such
We want it to index all of the systematics in Logos—all of the systematics in Logos!
Mark, Thank you for your detailed explanation about some of the processes behind the development of this resource. I believe that the LST would benefit from an introduction which explains the principles behind the structuring of the

Upon update and restart, the dashboard section of the homepage flashed with blank tiles for what I would estimate is over thirty seconds, much like when I first installed Logos 8.

Martha, Sorry about the gibberish in parts of the last post. I think I need to change my keyboard batteries..... Anyway, go for the drive and take up the offer of a free meal. Push for sections of the workflow that allow different citations to be entered and that then allow sub-steps related to commentaries / parallel passages / etc. Push for a section

Martha, Thanks for sharing these. I have looked at the Sunday Mass Preparation one and it highlights the limits of the current approach. Each section: Gospel, First Reading;Psalm; Second Reading encourages me to read the Gospel reading. I like your questions. I do wonder whether each one shouldn't have access to a commentaries section for reading about
