Actually, none of the forum populate when selecting posts you have not read. Using Safari on MBP M1 pro with latest OS.
Finally! I've never quite forgiven FL for taking away our ability to create our own timelines as we could in Libronix. I like the links to the sources for the date the ability to filter Bibllical vs. World events etc. the ability to adjust the scale of the timeline
I am with MJ on these positives.
So I don't have much new to add but did want to point out that using Logos 9 on M1 iMac is not a joy. It is so slow compared to my several year old similarly configured laptop that I find myself using it (even though it is much smaller screen, etc). Simple tasks that are nearly instant on my intel laptop often take multiple

The bible text needs to have a reverse interlinear which the message does not. I use the ESV and have never felt there was a problem. It is easy to change texts, so maybe just experiment with some of the various Bibles available in the drop down.

Hi Morgan. You need to use the search terms limiting the search to headings etc. Here is an example: "([lang en] [field heading] Law)" AND You can add large text etc. if you wanted to expand it. Here is the Wiki article on field searches: https://wiki.logos.com/Search_Fields_List Using the options in the search and adding 1Tim 1:8-11 would require the
I have tried to search this and I have had issues for a while now on Hover Over on Hebrew and Greek Words. I am not sure if I am the only one on this or not, but here goes. During a Bible Word Study - I put in a word for a search in All Passages. I expand Hebrew and Greek meanings. When I use the mouse for a hover over on

Ahhh... that makes sense. Not appropriate use of this forum.

Have you check Logos Help? Milestone A search for will find citations of John 3:16, but will not find the text that is John 3:16 in a Bible or is about John 3:16 in a Bible commentary. To search for this, use the Milestone extension term, which takes as content a data type reference that defines the milestone in the query. For example: • {Milestone

Christian, I appreciate your desire to learn Logos, but it seems to me that you are asking for help on your homework questions in a forum designed to discuss Logos Bible Software. What seminary are you attending? Is there a better forum for you to discuss your homework such as other students or the professor? I am not sure it is appropriate for you

The apparatus fro the NT is in the Exegetical Guide as a section or can be opened as a separate guide. See screenshot. The actual resources will depend on the package your own and what additions you have purchased.

Sean, Factbook cannot replicate the articles found using the Topic Guide with collections. While Zechariah may not be the best example, most topics have content in monographs that, unless you allow Factbook customization, will not populate. Just opining so the point is not missed. Please do not replace Topic Guide with Factbook until it can be customized

Kathleen, I do not know. I have my entire library tagged, so I use those to create collections rather than long formulas. I think that helps. I have a late 2012 MBP, but it has SSD and everything works great.
What is the logic you use in choosing which commentaries to refer to when studying a passage? Do you use your go to commentaries or do you have some other criteria that you use to determine which commentaries you will use. Typically I look at bestcommentaries and pick a few of the top ones then add in some of my favorites
