No, not in Logos8, Yes, in every other program I use.

Is there a way, in Logos8, to turn off the Left and right arrow keys shortcuts? I am forever accidentally hitting the arrow keys, which in Logos, changes the Bible, Commentaries, etc., but in Word and all other of my programs it moves to the next letter or word (a mistake easily recovered from). Is there a way to turn off this feature, in Logos8? For

This does not happen every time, about two or three times a week. Logos loads, then I load a layout, it starts to load the layout, but freezes. All the panes are blank, main page appears black on the right. I force close Logos, reload it, it will load the layout on the second try. I am using a two monitor system, with Logos Main window on primary and

I simply quit using the Go Box for anything associated with study, and either open a new window or tab and open (drag) the Topic Study, etc., to the proper place. That way I do not lose what I have open to study, as when I used the Go Box. It closed the layout without saving it. My open Bible, commentaries, Lexicons... all stay at the proper place,

I was able to start Logos 7 with layout (like Sermon Layout) from a command lines, from within a Word Macro, which does not work with Logos 8. I have tried several things, but without any success. Anybody have a clue how this can be done? GeorgeT

Thanks, John, for the information. I did use the sense and did get a few more, but some were questionable.

I am trying to find all the references to resurrection, as some mentioned, end time resurrection. I am not looking for reanimation (Lazarus, who died again), but resurrection that last forever, e.g., Jesus.

I do not have any of N. T. Wright's books.

I guess I should have read a little closer, factbook and facebook. Thanks.

Mark, I am not much of a Facebooker, and I did not find the article you mentioned.

Thanks for your quick reply and answer. Yes, it is a good start, better than my expectations, Thanks again.

I would like to get all the references (including words relating to and metaphors) to the Resurrection (of Jesus, of the saints and then of the lost), from Acts through Revelation. I am looking to see the importance placed on this doctrine, in these books and letters. I was hoping to use this same search set up for each other part of the Commission

Thanks; I should have asked sooner. It works just find; it will take a while to edit my links. God Bless, GeorgeT

My old links, still links me to my desktop Logos books, while the new one (Logos 8) links to a web site, then to a launcher then back to my computer to open the book at the link. What's Up? No, I am not a cloud guy! When offline, this makes all the new links inoperable. How do I make my links, link directly to my Computer Logos Books instead of the

1st, According to my notes, I have 20,995 notes, now some of these were converted from highlighting in v7, which to me are not true notes. I use a lot of sub-names in my notes and If I can remember their names, then I can search for them by name and find them; if not than it is hunt and peck. 2nd, those note groups that are turned on with the visible

It is just like the change in highlighting in Logos 7. I did not make notes to be used in this way, as with the highlighting in v7. Do I delete them all, go through them one by one, and start all over? Should I use my study time changing my notes to line up with someone visions of how the notes should be or work? Do I have to on every layout change

Thanks, that Works God Bless, GeorgeT

Since, the apocrypha is not Scripture, how can I eliminate them from my searches of Scriptures? I have several Bible programs and Logos is the only one that includes them in their searches. They were added to the KJV as history but not Scriptures, etc. GeorgeT

I have Logos installed on Drive D (D:\Program Files (86)\Logos\Logos.exe) [I know that is not an 86x] and I got an error message <'D:\Program' is not recognized as an internal or external Command, operable program or batch file.> GeorgeT
