doc; I tried virtual machines years ago and found them to be very crashes and used up my limited resources (now that should not be a problem). What virtual machine do you use or recommend and which operating system would it be best to use in the VM? I believe I have a copy of ME, XP but not XP3. GeorgeT

David, I never got around to the Notes Systems, Highlighting, etc., which supreme in Libronix to Logos 5.

On Libronix you only have the words you want to search for integrated into your own material.

Hi Mark, Word Find Puzzle in Libronix, allowed you to chose the passage, the number of words you wanted to find in that passage and copy it from Libronix easily to another program. I used Word most often for this and if the puzzle was not as I wanted, after pasting, I could rearranged and format them to fit my needs. I used them in Sunday School, Bible

Mark I have Logos 5 for some time, but some of the features mentioned are gone. Some of these, after I could not find a solution, I called tech support and found there is no solution or work around for some of these. Thanks for the impute.

I did not realize how many things are missing from Logos 5 compared to Libronix, until I got a new computer, which came with Windows 8. It was then I learned the sad news when I called Logos for help to get Libronix going again. They told me there is nothing I could do because of the new OS, and after all Libronix was an old program. Here are a few

It appears that the Logos.com is down or something. My Logos 4 software cannot sign in nor can I get it to load in my web-browser.

Are they going to have a simple upgrade to the new platform for 50 or so dollars?
So, George, you and I are the same boat, even from a theological perspective, though our theologies are somewhat divergent. As a Presbyterian Calvinist, my understanding of many theological points is quite different
Hi George Have you had a look at what adding either the new Silver or the new Gold would cost you. There is no need whatever to add the new package of the same name to your existing collection if the new resources are of no interest to you.
I was going to look again at those upgrade prices but I guess the regular website

I have purchased many of the books and collections in the Diamond set that was not in the Plat JB. I didn't see any books that would be worth a extra $1,000 to me. As far as I can tell they have never finished Logos 4 with what was promised when I ungraded to it. Many of the things still do not have the functionality of Libronix 3, or are still incomplete

I am talking about syncing between programs on the Galaxy itself and not with other devices (computer, phone, etc.). I have my Bible on one side and a commentary or whatever on the other and I cannot get them to sync.

Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE I am running 2.1.2 also, but how do you get it to sync? On my phone it syncs automatically, but not on the Samsung.

I just got a Galaxy few days ago I downloaded Logos app, it didn't work very well at all. I uninstalled it reloaded it, after a few days and it did better. However it doesn't do what the andorid vedio show. I cannot get it to sync, Bible with commetary, the lower pop-up menu doesn't contain tabs as the vedio, etc.

The layouts are still just as slow, but I have not tried turning all the features off. However, many of these that they

I did start with the CTRL key and it did start in about thirty seconds and I guess I am using Logos wrong, after reading the wiki. I guess I like too many of the bells and whistles; I will have decide which ones I really need or are important and which I can get otherwise. With any other program I would simply reload the program, but with Logos that

I rebooted, loaded it by itself, I usually use a Word macro to start it with four other programs, and it loaded under a minute and the layout loaded a little less than a minute and a half (the smallest layout I have). However, when loading it with the other programs, and they have not changed, it takes around five minutes, used to take under three.

Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE I am running "Logos Bible Software 4.6 SR-2 (4.60.0.3010)" , I also am running i7. It seems to me that each update only slows it down a little more and this last one went from warm syrup to cold molasses. If I close it and then reopen it of course it does load faster, but not as before. George T

With every update Logos gets slower and slower. This last one for Faithlife Study Bible makes Logos 4 the slowest program on my computer. This morning I launched Logos, made a cup of coffee and came back, usually it is loaded by this time, but it was still in its first stage of loading. It took forever, will a long time, for it to load and then I had

I think I have found the problem with the TOC not staying close. If I save the Layout and then go to home page or any other layout without waiting for at least a minute, the settings for the TOC (overview on Graphics windows) is not saved. The safest, to keep the setting for next use, is to close out Logos and wait at least a minute and then reload

Is there a way to close all 'Table of Contents' for each open resource at once? I have a study layout (contains several separate windows) that I have used for years and often forget to close the TOC before moving on to another resourse. The next time I use that layout I spend time closing the TOC because they take up so much space; therefore, I would
