  • Creating a search

I want to create the following search. I want to search for a specific word in a heading and then from the results of that search, search the body text for references to a specific Bible verse. How do I construct this search?

  • Searching for a Situation

In Luke 8 Jesus is going to Jairus house to heal (raise from the dead) his daughter. On the way he is interrupted when a woman touches the hem of His garment is healed. What I would like to do is to search for other situations in which Christ is interrupted and how he handled it. How do I do this?

  • Notes v. Clippings,

Greetings, This may seem like a rather simple question, but I'm curious...when do you use notes, and when do you use clippings? I can see advantages for each, in the end they are places and ways to store info, so I'd like to know your preference and why?

Is there anyway I can test drive this? You know, try it out to see if I want to invest in it?

I understand. The way I'm using it now has allowed me to get a good feel for Logos 4, and am definitely at some point (when it is financially feasable on my part) going to upgrade to the Logos 4 Scholar's Library.

Whyndell, I saw something the other day that someone posted which may be of help. That is to put the notes into a favorites file. Make a favorites called notes...slide in Romans as a subfolder of that...then maybe a subfolder called chapter 4...I'm using it now and it seems to work fairly well. What's nice is that it's not limited to notes....I can
