don't the sermon files work in V4? Yes and no. With thomas suggestion you can still READ them in L4 but if you want to MAKE them you still need to do it from L3. Steve

  • Re: Handout guide in L4

I gave up on the handouts two weeks ago. (beta or no beta, I have a life). When I want a Word search puzzle I fire up L3 and copy and paste into Word. Its still not perfect but at least it works. I can live without all the fancy styles/backgrounds and I can usually make something in under three minutes.. And I know it will print properly. This feature

Lynden Williams Replied : Today 10:53 AM Thanks Thomas. Just went to manually download it, and saw the info tellin me it is not available for 4.o. Will wait, not installing 3.0 on my machine. Besides I do not use it anyway. Lynden, I hope this isn't over-kill, but Sermon File only "works" in L3 BUT if you have L4 the Sermon File "Illustrations" and

  • Re: Some disappointments with Logos 4

[EDIT _ Ah, Philip, you beat me to it --WELL DONE] Stephen (I just had to try to help another "Steve!) Do you need any assistance in "prioritizing"? (yes, another new L4 word -- this used to be part of key-linking process in L3) I don't want to waste your time if you already know how - but I believe that it will do waht you are looking for. All the

  • Re: Lifeworks Media

Paul, there are NO author/product/company home pages in L4 that we used to in L3. As to the audio and video which we accessed from those pages, Bob says this will eventually be dealt with and added back into L4. In the meantime, to access my Lucado tapes etc, I must still use L3. Regards Steve

  • Re: Biblical People, Places, Things Grayed Out

David, this must be very frustrating foryou: But when you get this straightened out the "Tools/Biblical data/Biblical (Things-People-Places etc)" will each load in a separate floating window - if at that time whatever you have chosen has no data available, usually there will be a short explanation printed in the window ie. "No illustrations available

Am I looking in the wrong book? Travelling in the holy Land through the stereocope : MediaREsource - now has the menu after I close and re-open. OK! Stereoscopic images of middle east - now has the menu after I close and re-open. OK! When I first loaded these there was NO menu. Travelling through the ho;ly land through the stereopscope does not (even

Thanks, it does when you can get them to appear. But I cannot figure out where/what the hot spot is to consistently do it. I am literally "stabbing in the dark" etc Do you also have to be in/stay in reading mode Steve

i cannotfind these options. They are not obvious in regular or in reading mode -- which I never use. OK I caused them to appear in reading mode by randomly clicking every where. But I cannot figure out where/how - when I tried F11 to go back to "regular" the (impossible to find) view options "disappeared." Where are you seeing it? How are you finding

Philip, I think by "pinning" he means that the actual program acts almost like a Window within the L4 program -- I do not think that he is referring to (merely) "pinning" a start "short-cut" (Bye the way, I do that with Word) I am ready to be corrected on this one. Steve

How can I print a bibliography of my new 4? I am unaware of any way at this time. Printing capabilities will hopefully be in a future release. How can I change the time from "Ordinary" to EST? Help me out here. Where in L4 is there any reference to time zones? Thanks Steve

Dear Scott: When you have worked your way (I'm using XP) through Display Properties/Advanced Appearance there is "Item:" If you click on the "down arrow" and select "Window" you are presented with an opportunity to change Color 1 and Color 2. On my screen "Color 1" was originally very bright white so I clicked on the small black "down arrow" beside

David, I have mine in the "Standard" User interface Style but was able to change the "background" for the resources to a slightly more "creamy-off beige" colour. But be aware that this will become the default colour for your Word documents as well!
