Michael, I would refer you to Mark's comment/link above on how to set it up. One of the things that is often overlooked with Smart tags is that Logos has to be open and running for the Smart Tags to work. I just went to MS Word and tried it without Logos running in the background and the Scripture replacement for the reference

  • Michael Heiser's Workflow

I very much appreciate the work that went into Michael creating that workflow. I have one suggestion. It would be nice if all of the sections of Mike Heiser's workflow contained links to books. Or am I missing something? It seems that some of them do but, for example, the dictionaries do not.

  • Logos, this is really driving me nuts!!!!!!

Why is it that when you are using one of the workflows and you are using the themes portion of the workflow, that if you go to another screen and come back that it collapses where you were and you have to find the area all over again. I mean, come one, I cannot imagine a programmer making this program to operate this way but I would sure like to see
I'm new to the scene and am sure someone can point me to the proper thread where this has been hashed innumerable times, but what is the difference between Logos experience on a PC and a Mac? Why would one prefer over the other?
Hate to disagree, but it has been my experience (using Logos on both) that Logos runs much better
Thanks. I do agree, that is why I have all those features off. I always open to the possibility that there may be something corrupt with the computer itself. Let me give you an example. Whenever I think I may want to use Logos 8 I have to launch the program and literally go to lunch to allow enough time for the app to load

Now all of a sudden when I put a text box into the canvas, it will not type inside of the box. Am I doing something wrong?

  • CANVAS TOOL

I am trying to work my way around the canvas tool. So far, I find it the most frustrating tool to try to use; but perhaps that is my lack of knowledge. But in learning about it I see on the website where you can create charts and diagrams. How would you go about doing that? I even see one screen shot where it looks like there is a timeline in the canvas
which workflow?
You can add that as a main section to your personal workflow. It appeared after 8.1 downloaded but no matter what I put into the reference box, it has no results. So I was wondering if anyone else knew what it was?

  • Creating your own Workflow

When you create your own workflow, I cannot seem to find out how I can make the work where I can actually type in my findings. I put in the workflow question option, but when I bring up the workflow it does not allow me to actually type. Can anyone tell me what \I need to change in order to be able to do that. Thanks!
