For example, in the sentence " I am testing the new feature for the next version of Logos. " selecting "n ew " will select "new" (reaching the end of a word will select the beginning of the word as well), selecting "n ew fe ature" will select both full words, and dragging into any other words will instantly select those whole

About five years ago we moved from a traditional two-hour service to a three-hour service (eliminating the evening service for various reasons suitable to our circumstances). There are a number of churches we've come to know doing the same thing. As it pertains to Proclaim I'd like to know if others out there have differing worship service formats and

Daniel, I imported your PowerPoint into our Sunday service and it loaded and viewed perfectly (as if I opened up PowerPoint and ran it natively). Mitch
Mitch, You can enter edit mode while On Air by clicking the Edit link, clicking Preview will take you back to Preview only mode.... Let me know if you have further questions. -allen
Allen, Thanks for your reply. Sorry for the poor communication on my part. I meant to ask that a person can make the edit from a remote
We would love to use this but we don't have stable and reliable signals yet. We have not had consistent results.
Same here...not that we'd have enough tech users in our services to make this a viable feature to use.
This is a deal breaker. I have a remote that does not seem to work with proclaim. It works well with powerpoint but in proclaim it only advances item to item and will not advance within the songs or items that contain more than one screen.
Kenneth, Just to clarify... Have you added a Powerpoint to Proclaim. If

Is this possible? I'm guessing that the program caches the presentation in preparation to go 'On Air'. If this is possible, please advise how...I've not been able to accomplish this.
it will allow a kind of insight into the relative importance of a faster disk versus a faster processor. From lurking in some of the respective threads, this is a practical question that comes up often, especially when users can afford only a limited budget for hardware upgrade. Meaningful results would allow more informed recommendations

I had made my own, but thank you Jacob for the request AND thank you Logos for listening/implementing!
Thanks Mitch. I'm sure I will be using this Forum ALOT! Having Logos on my iPad, I can justify siting in a shooting house deer hunting while studying. It's great.
I like it! I need to ask my wife if I can use hers when I get the next opportunity to hunt (went deer hunting for the first time last week).
Welcome to the forums! There is a splitter tab at the bottom of the app. This video may help: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-xmwM6FiaZE&feature=share&list=PLXkjd_l1xkSRi-r14t1iqq_sc43-VreOT
Nice video reference, Mike!

Hi Mike, Welcome to Logos Forums. I know you will get great and encouraging help with the use of Logos here! At the bottom right corner of your screen you should see a grayish round quarter of a circle. Simply touch and drag that corner to the location where you want the split. You can always drag it back to the corner so you only have one screen. Have

Graham, I got it after I restarted the program. Thanks for verifying. P.S. - maybe you're right and I missed it...although I spent nearly 10 minutes looking.

I noticed that the females mentioned in Matthew 1 are not tagged (english bibles, tied to the reverse interlinear). Non-Reverse Interlinear English Bibles are tagged properly.

I am willing.

I like that Notes now have a split pane view. Great, Logos! When selecting the Split view I can click on the note title (and if hyperlinked) and go to that resource. I am not, however, able to see the content of that note. If, however, I "add a note" I am able to see both the title and content. So, I'm sure this is a bug. I'll post a video if needed
once I got a few hundred words into my notes, the drag has become increasingly worse.
This post caught my attention because I noticed my notes being more responsive
Check that...once I got a few hundred words into my notes, the drag has become increasingly worse. Now, there is anywhere from a .5 lag to as much as a full second.

This post caught my attention because I noticed my notes being more responsive....I don't have quite the lag I use to have when typing (and waiting for the Note to catch up). Now, the lag is so minimal on my desktop it is acceptable for my studies.
