I want to repeat a suggestion I have made previously. Please unbundle the Cascadia Syntax Graphs so that those of us who have the Original Languages version can add it to our library.

Solved my own problem. Turns out the last printer I had used was the label printer, and Logos print directed itself to that printer and crashed. I opened Excel and switched to a different printer and then Logos print worked fine.

When I try to access the Print/Export feature, Logos 4.1 immediately crashes. Log file attached. 8585.Logos4Crash.txt

Agreed. If I could get the Cascadia NT unbundled, I would be far more interested in the LXX. I too have the OL and find it ironic.
-
I would buy the Smythe grammar in a heartbeat if it were unbundled, but I won't even think about paying $250 for a bundle just to get it. Please Logos, unbundle this.

Just sent log files to tech support.

I followed your instructions, but the results are the same. Indexer has stopped working error persists on start up. Nothing will scan/download into the library.

Dave i apologize for my post in the other thread. i let my frustration get the best of me. Here is what I have done: 1. I followed the instructions for Method 3 (copied the Resource folder, uninstalled, re-installed, went off-line). When I started Logos4, I immediately got the Indexer has stopped working error. Scanning the folder where my resources

Be sure to back up everything before you try any solutions. I followed the instructions provided me on the forums and now Logos4 is useless--no resources in the library at all. And indexer is still not working. I know that many people have had their issues resolved by deleting files or, as a last resort, re-installing, but I can testify that it may

I finally had a day free today to try a re-install. Now I have a complete nightmare. After uninstalling and re-installing, Logos still started with the "Indexer Has Stopped Working" error. Apparently as a result, Scan and Update Resources don't work (although I am only guessing here). I uninstalled again and tried to roll back to a previous restore

I have always had Vista on this computer. I have installed all the updates Microsoft sends along. I would find it hard to believe that one of those updates would cause a crash on my computer, but not others.

Whenever I start L4, the indexer crashes. I have tried all the common solutions, including Rebuild Index and deleting the existing index files. Nothing helps--indexer still stops working whenever I start Logos. The log files are attached. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. 05218.Logos4Indexer.log 1425.Logos4.log

You are right about the custom icons--I really wish they had not taken away the icon edit tool. It is pretty easy to create custom tabs in the ribbon without knowing XML. I have done a number of them and I couldnt write anything in XML if you put a gun to my head. Download the free Office 2007 Custom UI Editor from the Microsoft web site. Read a couple

what kind of "custom tools" do you have? Macros can be easily added to the Quick Access Toolbar.
