No. I've been successfully charged every month on the 22nd. I can tell you some of the resources I lost access to: Calvin, Lange, Augustine, Nicene and Post Nicene Fathers, etc. As I said in my email, “I just went and checked and found that most of the other resources I've used most heavily are not accessible either, which made me think this must just

Thanks for the advice. a. I've learned my lesson about relying on phone conversations. All my correspondence will be written at this point. b. Yes. I've checked my spam folder several times, both for warning emails and for responses to my email. I have no problem receiving emails from Logos. I've gotten 10 in the last week, mostly advertisements.

I've been paying $20/month for over two years and suddenly you took away all the books I use most often and have the most work invested in. All my highlights gone. No warning was given. I found out while trying to do sermon prep. And on top of this, I was explicitly told on the phone with customer support that they wouldn't do this sort of thing, which

I've been constantly frustrated by those two tools (highlighting and clipping) because I want the functionality of both at once. I want to see the passages I highlighted visually pop out when scrolling back through a book. And I want to be able to pull out just the stuff I highlighted in a book and read through it and share/reference it. Unfortunately

Wow. What an odd design decision. Yes, that works. But there's no way to discover it or even remotely guess that it would work like that. It's entirely counter-intuitive. If anything, I would say that saving highlights would be a way of preventing the need to download all the full resources to your phone, since you have the highlights you are interested

Thanks for that link. I'm *so* happy to see that list of upcoming functionality. I was about to start trying to explain what I felt like I needed to be able to do in feature requests. Now I see I don't need to!

The actual text that I highlighted is impossible to see on notes on mobile without clicking on every single note twice. And the second click just opens up another tab scrolled to the highlight. If we had the option that is on the desktop version to see the full anchor text (ie the highlighted text) when clicking into a note, that would be a big improvement

Logos 8 Mac immediately crashes when I click into the main search field at the very top of the window and type one character: {

I'll check it out. And thanks for the warning that the notes are not compatible.
A highlight is technically a note - but I understand what you mean

Agreed - as this is really creating a "full note" and the only relevant shortcuts are for applying highlights
Which is it? ;) With a shortcut I can even add labels and attributes to my highlight-note. Surely that

I've got no ability to view the full text of what I highlighted. (See screenshot below.) If I highlight more than a few words in a commentary, it is impossible to see unless I select the "Quotes" view. But the moment I select that view, my own notes are gone. If you can tell me any way I can see both what I highlighted and what I noted on that highlight

I've read and googled and searched here and I've come to the following conclusion. 1. None of the notes views allow me to see both the text I've highlighted *and* the notes I wrote about that text. This includes the "full" view, which inexplicably does not show me the text that I've highlighted. 2. The only way I can see both together is to view the
...most probably your application will update on Monday and the bug will be gone.
Well, that pretty much rocks. Thanks for the info.

This is a minor bug that makes reading hard when it happens. Occasionally a word will auto-wrap to the next line (with a hyphen automatically inserted at the end of the line), but it will only include a single letter on the next line. Here are a couple of screenshots: I'm running Logos Cloud 7.4.0.0051 on macOS 10.12.3
