Fixed my problem. Did you close and restart LOGOS?
-
Confirmed fix for me. Thanks
-
Yes! Fixed with 8.14.0.0010

Cursor still does not show up for me on 2nd and 3rd monitor. This is with updated Windows 10 1909 + KB4550945 updates.
-
Not fixed in 8.13.0.0008. Not a major deal, but irritating. And in today's world multi-monitors (laptops drive this especially) I would expect are fairly common. The type of thing that is a very visible issue that hurts the reputation of the product.
-
I must have missed that this was the old Serendipity Bible. I too would have ordered it on prepub.
-
If you buy a 'Verbum store' book, it will appear in both your Verbum library (if you have one) and in your logos library. Separate store, but integrated license. I'm not sure if the Verbum discount will show up in the Logos store. But you can buy it on the Verbum store and the logos library will be updated.

Oh, and Mike I did not say thanks. Appreciate your thoughts and helpfulness.

Yeh, it's not essential. Many work arounds. The point, was that something like reading plans would seem logically to be a quick way to read through book with logical reading sequences. Someone not expecting a micro/technical approach would seem to think a reading plan for books other than the Bible would be based on chapters or headings or some logical

I was reminded again recently --- make things simple. Apple created a dynasty by making it all about the user interface rather than having to have 'expert knowledge. After 30 years of using Logos, it seems to be getting more and more complex with less and less added value. I personally have stopped trying to keep up. Use Logos 9 as an opportunity to

Thanks. I had discovered that the 'more functional' resource was Vyrso, so the explanations makes sense. The page number approach is pretty worthless in my opinion, at least for a quick read of a general book. Way more difficult than it needs to be. Another example of complexity defeating the purpose - and even more so some average user who just wants

Did I miss something, or is this a bug. I created a reading plan for: Jeff Myers, The Secret Battle of Ideas about God: Overcoming the Outbreak of Five Fatal Worldviews (Colorado Springs, CO: David C Cook, 2017). The reading plan had the option to generate the plan by chapter. Just what I want. However, when I created a reading plan for: Edward T. Welch

A problem for me too. A few books worked, but not all of them.
-
You could scan (or photograph) them and (nonhandwritten) notes could be converted to WORD format. That would make it pretty straight forward to make PBBs from them. And that way you have a copy that is a format outside LOGOS as well - not a bad backup plan. Meanwhile, you have a searchable copy and as such the rigor of organizing them would not be so
-
I also have the same problem on second or third monitor. Fine on primary.

Also have the same problem.
