I don't have a collection similar to yours, but I do have one on NT Background that possibly contains some of the same resources. When I attempted the search shown in your post, Logos began listing hits, but crashed at about 90% of the search. This occurred twice, so it is probably a bug of some type. If Logos wants a crash

Either I have discovered a bug, or I am attempting to do something with my software that I should not do. I have created a collection with Maps, Images and Atlases. I have the reference browser linked to the active window. I am browsing along in the ESV and when I get to Acts 5:12, reference browser shows me a map and an entry in 'New Bible Atlas'.
Hello Carolyn, This might obtain the results you are looking for: Create a collection of your Map and Atlas books. Open the Reference Browser and select your new Map collection. Check the box "Link to Active Window" As you scroll through the ESV (or other Bible) the Reference Browser will instantly find links to the passage you

I would enjoy it if Logos saw as part of their customer support having a few of their staff members responding to posts on here when appropriate. There's nothing like corresponding with the people where the action is at. I know that Phil and Bob make occasional appearances and the Logos user community responds very positively. I wonder if we could get
Does anyone know if there is a way to link an atlas or book of maps to my default Bible (ESV) (or to any other Bible), so that when I click on a place name the map would automatically come up?
I have often wondered about this, particularly with the prevelance of tagging. Maps, images, graphics and photos could be
A new Barclay edition has been published
Does anyone know if there is any chance of a licensing agreement between John Knox Press and Logos?
Logos lost the license for this series several years ago. I purchased my set when this was announced.
I wonder if they will ever obtain this license again? Funny how these things work!

If Logos gets around to it, it would be cool to see William Barclay's Daily Study Bible series released on Libronix... or maybe I am on the only one who likes this series!?!

I know there is a work around when doing a greek word study to advance the lemma ahead of the English display in order to get Logos to generate the results rather than stall. The bummer about this bug is that this has been around since the first version, six months ago. Can I ask that this be put on the list of things to fix in the next update? This
One suggestion would be to add an option in the "Not Read" list to mark all threads as "Read". This was a part of my phpBB forum years back and was very nice. It allows the user to browse the unread threads, read the ones they want, and then clear the list so the next time the user logs in, they don't have to read all the old

Yes, 1.1.1 seems to be working great! Well done Team Logos!
Go to the Window menu and find Show Main Toolbar.
I looked in all the menus and preferences, but didn't look there! I would have thought it would have been under "view"! Anyhow, thanks!

Yesterday, while I was studying, the small floating toolbar that appears when you are using Logos disappeared. I have no clue why it did or how to get it back. Any suggestions?
A week ? If I wait a week, I mighten be so subdued in my assessment.... I am just totally dumbfounded how anyone can think this is 'better' than the newsgroups or that newsgroups are difficult to use...you only need to point the newsgroup reader to the server and your away.. these forums feel like you are in the middle of
I've been looking around the internet (there sure is a lot of stuff there), and I stumbled across a few sites that use a web based forum that can also be read from/posted to via NNTP.The web-based part of the structure looked appealing (I can't speak to the NNTP part, since I didn't bother subscribing -- but NNTP is a
So, no other suggestions , because the above one is going to cost really a fortune...
This is true. I was able to get funding approval from the Mrs. for this and that pretty much shoots the budget for this year...

Fitting for the first post to the Mac forum, what is your most desired missing feature that you would like to have included in the next Mac version? For me, it is the ability to switch between resources in the same window (like we can do so in the current windows version). Donovan

I personally prefer NNTP newsgroups, as they are very efficient. HOWEVER, a web based newsgroup will encourage wider participation of Logos users. NNTP is a little bit on the techie side and many users have never used USENET type news, but on the other hand everyone who has an internet connection pretty much knows how to use a browser. Good job Logos
