    Thanks for your response! I will post a new thread shortly. I did use the helper tool to try and capture the logs, but I will try again. Thanks again.

    I have had the exact same issue- been going on for at least three weeks. Been reading this thread- I had logos support take remote control of my machine and they attempted all of these things- no success. I am using a MacBook Pro running OS Sierra 10.12.2.
