WPF is the user interface technology Logos 9 uses to display the program. There's an as-yet-unacknowledged bug (most likely in Intel's graphics drivers) that makes WPF hardware acceleration run unusably slowly. The

[quote user="MJ. It seems like a bug in our ranking algorithm; I would expect the current #10 result to be #1, which would have the side-effect of solving your problem.

We recently revoked thousands of Wordsearch licenses that we found were being shared between multiple customers. The manner in which your WS employee licenses were granted looked remarkably similar to the illegal behaviour, so your account was caught in the net. I apologise for that; they're now restored.

We use a mix of cloud and private hosting. Unfortunately, if you're worried about third parties shutting us down, there's no such thing as having a truly independent service. Just for example, we're critically dependent on the following services provided by others: Data center hosting, power, and air-conditioning ISP bandwidth Allocated IP address ranges

We discovered evidence over the weekend that (in conjunction with analysis of the Wordsearch source code) leads us to believe that you have been using other customers' unlock files and backing them up to your account. This is a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy , and grounds for termination of your account. We have not terminated your account,

There's nothing I can do to personally speed up the process , but I know these were on our list of high-priority resources to convert. You can see here that the collection is In Production: https://www.logos.com/product/154966/treasures-from-the-scriptures-complete-collection Sorry that I don't have a more detailed update to share with you.

I don't have access to the CS email system, so I can't see any of these receipts you've sent in. I won't be able to follow up on that until Monday at the earliest. BTW, one of the things that makes this difficult is that we don't have full records (from BE/QV/WS/LW, and especially from third-parties who produced compatible CDs) of what the contents

Hi Ricky, There's something else in the Cloud Backups I hope you can help explain. I inspected all license backups that had been made through Wordsearch 12. Three of them, including yours, contained an unlock file named "RickyDaugherty.ulk". So two other users also had this file, with all of your unlocks. Do you know how that might have happened?

OK, but if you ever want to stop your CPU fans for spinning up for twelve minutes whenever you open a resource, feel free to follow my suggestion, too.
