Oh, he posted the video link on another string in the Logos Forum. Another Accordance user who doesn't like Logos coming over onto the Mac. Is it just me or do some Accordance users come off as being insecure...it's just Bible software. all about Christ, David

Alain, If you are a doing a Bible Speed Search, yes you are only searching one reference, so library size would not matter. If you are doing a Bible search (not speed) you search multiple Bibles and depending on add ons and base packages you can have a different number of Bibles to search from. Additionally, the comment about speed of search assumes
Compared to other software packages, Libronix is embarrassingly slow.
maybe it's your computer? your library? mine runs faster than other bible programs i use. all about Christ, David
I would like to see how may calvinist users there are versus non-calvinist users.
Michael, I am not a Calvinist. Nor would I classify myself as an Arminianist. Nor would I say I am an Calminian. I am a devoted follower of Christ that doesn't want to put God in any sort of box when understanding His total sovereignty

For what it is worth, my eSword v. 9 works with Barclay (or maybe I should say that the other way around). However, I would love to figure out how to use Crossover (I recall someone mentioning that it works easily with eSword) so I can install eSword on my MacBook. I have MacSword none of thel eSword modules will work on the Mac, unless you find them

On the latest YouTube BibleStudy Magazine intro there is a song that plays as the Logos logo is flashed. I like that sound MUCH better. Check it out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FNpBCkGaXVI

In college Cottrell occasionally taught our theology classes (Cincinnati Bible College now Cincinnati Christian University) when our regular prof was out. They were always interesting. He has a very straight forward way of presenting the scriptures. I learned a great deal from him and his books. I would love to see a life works library. I would love

Personally for me, on Mac and PC, the Logos music is loud and doesn't really do anything for me. None of the programs I used on a regular basis (outside of the operating system) have start up music. I like that Logos has something different about it from the start, but it just sounds...fluffy. I really like the idea of a start up sound. Maybe you could

I thought KJVO was a dead issue after Bible college (2000). I have been an ordained minister for 9 years now. About a year ago I moved to the southwest corner of Virginia. I am surprised by the passion some have here for the KJ (they don't call it the KJV...just the KJ). One person even made the arguement that with all the different translations out

Just think, when Google Wave launches this year they could ask that simple question here! all about Christ, David

Awesome! I forgot how fast this was. I did a demo of this side by side last week with a friend's laptop and was sad when he said let's try the exegetical search. I was still able to do a work around search, but it wasn't complete. I wish he and I could "race" again. Now, I am ready for 1.2...or heck...the next version of Logos. all about Christ, David

Since switching between resources was already mentioned, I would love to see PBBs functional. all about Christ, David
