Our machine's audio is working running from computer to our board however, Proclaim audio is not working. Any thoughts? I'm stuck today because I just found out and it's Sunday morning. I have tried both Video Soundtrack and Background Sound. Any thoughts? I have also tried a couple different videos and none have sound when played through Proclaim.

CCLI occasionally requires a report of all CCLI material utilized in a 4-6 month period. It's a spot check to make sure everything is being done legally even if you utilize software. It doesn't happen to every church. But it does happen. It's like an audit.

I also created the sermon in doc this time (not docx). Still not sure what is going on? I'm thinking some type of macro or tabbing issue as I used a standard outline format, like this: I TEST EDIT a TEST EDIT 1.) TEST EDIT 2.) TEST EDIT II TEST EDIT Hope that helps some. (WAIT A SECOND, in my edit mode on this forum, the outline works but when I view

Sure. I created the sermon in Word 2011 (for Mac). I'm running Mac OSX 10.6.8 on a 2 Core Intel Machine with 4GB of RAM. I create my outline in .docx. Highlight and Bold anything I need to bring out or anything on the screen. I then copied and pasted into the Notes section of my sermon title slide. I finally got it to work when I added the Copy/Pasted

I have been trying this morning to get this feature to work for me. I keep adding text to the Notes section (via copy and paste). I click sync and it synchronizes. I leave that slide (in edit mode) and go back to it only to see the notes are no longer there. I tried again and noticed before I even click sync the pop up shows all items are synced. Any

Is it possible to generate a CCLI report utilizing Proclaim? And is it possible to create a "program guide" (cheat sheet, script, service outline, or whatever the churches you serve call it) for musicians that need to see things the slides don't show (like v,c,v,b,tag or Music Key)? Thanks so much. Loving this stuff!!!

We used Proclaim for the first time today. Had several issues with Signals not working...mostly user errors, I'm sure, but I think I read about a potential problem by going On Air then off, the On again. Anywho, trying to figure out how to get Presenter Notes going. Where do I add them? I assumed it would be Add Item then select Presenter Notes. I for

Thanks Mike! Always great to see Logos listening to the forums. I would love for this suggestion to come to fruition. I don't know if anyone else would use it though...but I would, for what it's worth.

Our church currently utilizes the Google Calendar for our website. Is it possible to import the Google Calendar to the Faithlife Calendar? This would be a HUGE help...just not sure how to do it. Thanks.

Seriously old BUMP Saddened to see Handouts squashed in Mac because the tech is based on "deprecated Windows tech" with no future support. I'm curious why the PC version of Handouts even survived transition from L4 to L5 if this is the case. L5 just came out.. Wouldn't it be feasible to create a new Handouts Feature that was based on Logos Tech? Seriously

I also use my ASUS Transformer (TF101). I work on my sermon on my Mac in Word or TextEdit and save it as a PDF. I use ezPDF Reader PRO to read my sermon. It's taken me almost a year to do this though. Always worried about the "what if's"...like a screen gets left on and battery dies. I preach from an expanded outline or, on occasion, a mindmap (in which
I know there are things in L4 that take up different amounts of space on Mac and PC.
thinking of differences (not data size, but actual program differences) between the two (i realize the parity is almost there) i am only seeing handouts as the difference. what else am i missing?

I do realize the PBBs don't sync and if they did it would be REALLY odd because the computer with the PBBs had a smaller download than the computer without. Everything appears the same on both Mac and PC. The sizes were quite different (which was fine with internet speed and hdd size). Just noting the oddness factor. and I really have no need to sync

Something odd I noted. I upgraded last night Platinum L4 to Plat L5. My Macbook downloaded 700some odd MB after it downloaded the 1+GB, my PC downloaded and additional 1GB after it downloaded the 1GB. DId anyone else using both systems notice two different additionally download sizes or was it just me? Additionally, my Macbook has all my PBBs on it

I have a PDF of the L4 base packages, if that will help you. The L4 Portfolio library was worth like $38k in print and this L5 Portfolio library is worth over $80k...they added a couple of things. 0876.Logos 4 Compare.pdf

Since we are still waiting on the website I will ask it here. Are Mac/PC the same (unlike L4 where there are a few feature differences)?
-
Got my price quote. I can't believe they added that much content to Portfolio!!! WOW. I'll probably just be cross-grading for now. I want to see the book list first and make sure of a few things.

I was able to enable logging and then recreate the crash. All is good...well, all is still crashing, but I got the logs. I am speculating the issue is connected to Mac OSX 10.6.8
-
Curious, those who are experiencing the crash, what version of Mac OS do you have? I'm running 10.6.8 and I know others are in the same boat, does anyone have a more recent version of Mac OSX that are experiencing the crash?
