• Re: Download a video file FROM my Proclaim media library?

is there some reason to have to email this instead of posting the instructions here? If there is I'd like the instructions too.

  • Re: Logos on Mac Air vs Pro
Both have the same screen now. Both have now the P3 color.... The difference is: In the Pro you can turn it to 500 nits and on the Air only 400 nits. I guess this is only because the LED needs so much power, that if you have the ability to turn the Air also to 500 nits, the battery would not be good enough. It seems the Air is

  • Re: Logos on Mac Air vs Pro

The only reasons to get the Pro over the Air are... You want the touchbar You prefer the style of the design You need active cooling because you do processor intensive tasks for more than about 10-15 minutes (No logos doesn't count for more than maybe the first installation or a major update for indexing) And that's it. Save your money and get the Air

It doesn't seem possible any more. I think I would just screenshot it if I wanted a copy outside Logos.

I shared my thoughts here: https://www.kevinpurcell.org/5-ways-the-m1-macbook-makes-ministers-more-productive-and-1-way-it-doesnt/ That post and the video embedded are not Logos specific but I mention it in the video. But you'll get an idea of how well it runs and what it can do for you.
I get tired of Apple making things obsolete and requiring reinvestment in tech before I am ready. It is not just software, but printers, scanners etc.
I understand this, but by keeping backward compatibility, Windows was a real mess through the Windows 8 years. 10 is not as bad because they have had the courage to finally

  • 12 Days of Logos and My Recommendation

I did a post on the 12 Days of Logos on my website with a video on my YouTube channel. Check it out here . The post lists some of the deals and the video demos my favorites on the list that I already have. Full disclosure, I have an affiliate link in the post and the description of the video. You can help me out with my channel and website by using

  • Re: Very Hard to Download Books

I disagree. When you a tap a button and said button fails to do what it is supposed to do that’s not just a feature. That’s a failure of design.

  • Re: Very Hard to Download Books

Thanks all. I know of these workarounds. I just want to see Logos fix the problem that is so annoying and really makes me frustrated when it happens because it's been a problem that's been pointed out many times before with no fix. As these kinds of things continue to show up it feels like Logos is more interested in whiz bang features they can demo

  • Very Hard to Download Books

I am trying to download a handful of books on my iPad. Every time I hit the tiny download button it opens The book instead. It is really hard to do. This is a VERY BAD DESIGN UI. I know it’s been brought up before but it’s been a problem since the beginning and needs to be fixed. PLEASE. How hard is it to make the button bigger? I can’t

  • Logos Bible on M1 MacBook Please?

I'd like to see Faithlife allow the Logos Bible iOS app to be downloaded on the M1 Mac App Store. Why? 1. It would provide a faster option until the devs get the M1 native version ready. 2. it's simpler for some beginning users to get started with Logos. 3. You can install it more quickly than the full desktop app. Not sure what this takes, but I'd

Just in case you didn't know, a certain competitor has it available already with the Greek and Hebrew dictionaries so you can use it with their version of the Reverse Interlinear. I'm wondering if Logos will try to match their price and throw in the reverse interlinear when it ships?

  • Thoughts on Apple Silicon Updates?

I case you didn't know Apple announced they will be changing from Intel processors to their own in house design meaning programs will need to be ported over sometime in the next two years or so. I'm not expecting this, but still asking in case they want to announce something. Will Logos 9 be updated so it can run natively on the new chips? I think this
