I just started using Proclaim Remote on an iPad last night at church. It was my first attempt in years. And I had same problem. Extremely unreliable and I would never trust it in a worship service.
I am still having the issue too. I figured out that certain reading plans initiated on iOS will sync across devices. But it’s very hit and miss.
If you upgraded to the latest version, did it fix this for you? I am now able to see my reading plans on all devices.
-
Right. I put it out there as a warning ... "Don't get this one" I also had the Onyx Boox Note 2 and it ran Logs but not well. I don't think any of these are ready for prime time as Android devices.
-
I guess I'm going to have to call support like an animal. Posted here and sent in-app message. Also emailed support and no real responses. Not used to nothing getting any real support from Logos on this kind of thing.
-
I reviewed the Mobiscribe a while back. https://www.kevinpurcell.org/mobiscribe-notepad-the-e-ink-notepad-android-device-review/ It's not as good as the Onyx devices. Both will un Logos but not well.

Bump. This is still a problem. I even submitted support files inside the app and I uninstalled and install the stable release, but still nothing. So refreshing this tread hoping someone will see it at FL and give me some feedback. Even if it's "we don't know what's going on, but we're working on it" instead of no response making me thing "We don't care
-
I guess nothing!
-
Did you get the report I sent? I uninstalled all betas and am I'm running only the release versions. The reading plans show up almost everywhere but on my phone in the main Logos Bible app, the FL Ebook app and the Study Bible app. I see it on the Logos Bible app and Study Bible app on my iPad mini, but not the Ebook app. It is also there on my MacBook
-
This is still broken with the Ebooks app but no the the main Logos Bible app
-
I don't agree that you need a high refresh rate monitor if you're mostly just doing text. I own this monitor from Best Buy and Samsung . It's a decent 32-inch 4K but looks good. I would not use it for gaming, but for preparing sermons and general Bible study it's great Unless you are using a very wide monitor, like 40" or more, then I wouldn't bother

I set up the style in Word as I want it and then name it something unique. For example the one I use most is Quote. Then here's what I have in the CBV template. %UseBibleParagraphs %NoCharFormatting %NoRedLetter %NoFootnotes %NoCitation %HeaderStyle = Quote %ForEachVerseStyle = Quote %FooterStyle = Quote =Header [FullPassageRef], [Version] =ForEachVerse

I've been running the Insider build for a couple months and it works great with Win11 with little to no issue currently.
-
Right. But my point was that didn't it used to do this for you automatically without setting anything?
-
I submitted this
-
No I have not. After I couldn't get things to work I did try toggling it but obviously that didn't have any effect.
-
Am I mistaken or didn't the CBV tool automatically take what you selected in your active Bible window and select it ready to copy? Now I have to put it in the same Sync Group (A for Bible and A for CBV windows for example). Did this change or do I have a problem or am I remembering this wrong?

I tried to force close the app on my iPad. I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it. I restarted the iPad before reinstalling. Nothing. I also have an Android phone and it works perfectly on the Android phone.
-
The first image shows what I see when I open Reading plans from the menu in Faithlife Ebooks app. You see nothing. Here is what I see when I open the same thing from the Logos Mobile App So you know it is available as a document. In the FL Ebooks app I can open a new tab using the plus icon on the bottom toolbar and open Documents and see the reading

Does this help. Make sure you select Bible under Reference in the left and the click on By Reference in the drop down box as seen in the screenshot.
-
Yes to all that. Unfortunately The document is empty. On The main Logos Bible app it works.
