Does this help. Make sure you select Bible under Reference in the left and the click on By Reference in the drop down box as seen in the screenshot.

Yes to all that. Unfortunately The document is empty. On The main Logos Bible app it works.

I just installed the ebook app on my new iPad mini and it won't sync my reading plans. Any suggestions?

Sadly the one thing Logos needs is a fast storage drive. SSD or NVME is a must if you want it to perform well on indexing. They've improved it as other responders said, but it is still not where we all including I'm sure Faithlife developers, wish it was. I too have a fast machine and it takes much longer than 5-10 minutes but not the hours it used
I guess tech support is scaled way back. I just called because I really need to get this fixed so I can use my computer in the AM. That was a waste. I was told to make sure Download New Resources is on, User Internet is on and Automatically Start Downloads is on. Yep. Always has been. Next step is to leave it overnight

Finally got everything installed? Indexing now. Thanks for the help.
-
Nope. Installed all the "updates" but still shows the same 2,205 not on this device.
-
That did something because now there's a blue circle that when clicked says, "Downloading XX of Updates". Could be a coincidence, but I hope not. Up to 23% on a slow connection. Thanks for the tip!!

That's strange. Seemed like they were properly zipped. Here's a new set. 5710.KevinPurcellLogosLogs.zip

Yeah. That's not working. Should have said I already tried it. The little circles are turning as if they are downloading.

I had to reinstall my copy of Logos 9 on my Windows laptop running the latest Windows 10. I instructed installation to download everything. It went through a typical process and finished opening the program and eventually finished indexing. Now, I have 2,207 books not downloaded (seen in Library with the "Not on this Device" filter enabled. I let it

I forgot it was there.

if you're open to it, look for a used iPad and you'll be a lot happier. I've used a lot of android tablets and none of them compare to the iPad. I really like a lot of Android phones, but tablets are not up to snuff. The Pixel phones, Galaxy phones are all great. If you do have to go with a tablet for running Android version of Logos, get a lower cost

Thanks for this Gregory. Simple solution.

Either this is not a universal problem or I'm just very lucky but I'm not seeing this issue on Monterey on my MBPM1. EDIT. Running 9.6.0.0020
Leave thoughts and get additional information from here. https://www.hendersonandsons.com/obituary/cynthia-cordle-proctor
It would be nice if we helped show love to Morris and his family during this time. There's a way you can send a sympathy card for only a few dollars. It will go to the family or the funeral

Knowing nothing about it, I wonder if the writers were replaced due to illness or some other tragic situation. Amazing that they're still not out. I remember when it first came out. B&H had a subscription where you could get one physical book every month or every 2 or 3 months depending. your preference. If you signed up you got the Matthew volume free

The email that Peter Noster referred to has a coupon code that gives you one year for free. I signed up and will be checking it out.
