Philip, Andrew, MJ, Thanks ... the problem I had just disappeared ... I really do not know what has happened? I think there are 2 possibilities: I just downloaded and updated to Logos Bible Software 8.10 SR-2 8.10.0.0034 this morning. However, from the Release note, it seems to be unrelated. I went to the visual filter in CUV, turn OFF / ON Corresponding

Philip, I have setup my copy of Logos 8 on a Windows 10 environment ... found that the issue I reported on mac is not happening here. Both Andrew and yourself on your copy of Logos 8 on macOS do that have my issue. So, I am going to assume that something on my MacBookPro is wrong. I have been using Apple Migration Assistant for many years when upgrading
My experience is that it works correctly if you hover your mouse over the first character in the word, but not at all over other characters. I suspect you would see this same behavior if you left your mouse over the first character for long enough. You might find it easier to use if you change from hover to

In the information section, could you make sure "Update on" is set to "Hover". Also, make sure your Logos version is update-to-date. Could you try to open the "Information" before you open your "CUV RVI Bible"? Please try
In my testing, hovering on the first character in the word worked correctly, while other characters in the word did not work. Does this match what others are experiencing?
Andrew, Thanks for reply ... I noticed there are different behaviours if we use different verse. Can I confirm that you are using
Interesting - yes I think FL has to figure this one out.
MJ, Thanks. I discovered another type of bug, even with the Inline Reverse Interline turned ON, eg. Job 24:1 ... "the Almighty" / "全能者" When I hover mouse over ESV it is OK as per screenshot ... where "the Almighty" is selected, information appeared When I hover
What do you get when you turn on the RVI interlinear or pane? That's a quick way to see if the problem is lack of appropriate data or a problem in the display.
MJ, Thanks for your suggestion it provides further insight to the BUG: The Bug I described goes away only when I turn ON - "Inline Reversed Interlinear" as shown

Philip, Did you read my post correctly what I am saying is it only randomly show words like "地" in the information window. Try hovering the mouse over each and every word in Gen 1:1 " 起初,上帝創造天地" it happens in NT too. MacBookPro with macOS 10.15.2 (19C57) with Logos Bible Software 8.9 SR-1 8.9.0.0030. Blessed New Year!

Hi, I found that Hovering the mouse over words in CUV with RVI does not show in Information window for most words with RVI. As shown only random word like "地" shows up. It works for all English translations with RVI. Is there some settings I missed or is this a bug.
Before removing Logos 8, recommend contacting Faithlife Technical Support since Logos 8.8 on macOS 10.14.6 is supported => https://www.logos.com/contact (and discuss this thread with them since Logos.log has a number of Web connection errors) Note: Logos.log file does not have corruption messages about the Logos
Yes, I tried all charts one after the other on the word "Create". Also the same, on the words "form" and "void" in Gen. 1 – no freeze in using the graphs experienced. I, like you, don't know how to read the logs either. Hopefully, someone who does know how to read them will inform you what the issue is.
Thank you
