  • How can I speed up my lexicon use?

I am working on a few assignments where I have to translate the Hebrew text. I would like to be able to use my Brown-Driver-Briggs more quickly, but find myself slowed down by the process. For example, I need to look at the use of (קָרָא) in Isaiah 61:6. Since this is a common word, the BDB's entry is very long. Is there a way I could do a quick search

  • Church Member Management System

I emailed Logos and they responded saying I should post this suggestion here. I have recently been looking for a cloud based membership management system like Church Windows. I want to be able to share up to date information about members and schdules with my pastor and other leaders in the church. As I was doing research, I kept thinking I wish FaithLife

  • [unresolved] Crashes caused by Word List feature

I am assembling a Greek vocabulary list for an upcoming Greek final exam. I have been entering words into the 'Add Lema' box at the bottom of a Word List document in Logos 6 for Mac. I can get about two or three words added until the entire program crashes. Does anyone else have this issue? Do you know any work arounds?

  • Re: Unable to Highlight in Every Resource

Thank you Francis and Alabama24. This was what I needed to do. I have been using Logos since September and I cannot believe that I have gone this long without using this key feature. I was able to figure out how to add notes in the text and see them with a quick mouse over. I am super excited about this feature and it is just one more reason to know

  • [resolved]Unable to Highlight in Every Resource

I am able to highlight successfully in commentaries, lexicons and certain translations like the Lexham English Bible. However, I do not seem to be able to highlight in others such as the NIV, ESV and the NA28. What might the issue be. - Brian

  • [resolved]Scrolling Options

I am using Logos 6 on my macbook running Yosemite. My issue is simple, but I cannot figure out how to fix it. I can scroll nicely through NIV and others fine; scrolling on my mouse allows me to go verse by verse. However, when I am in the ESV I jump way ahead and tend to lose my place. I know that this will be an easy setting to change, but I cannot

  • Re: "Best" Base Package Upgrade for a United Methodist ... ?

It might just be that I am a new user, but I have been impressed with their willingness to work with me. I purchased Logos 5 Platinum in September and was able to pick up the new features of Logos 6 and its new resources, while keeping the contents of my 5 base package that are no longer included. I cannot speak from the perspective of having much time

[quote user="Steve"] I see. That is strange. I can duplicate that behavior when the typed text is in Bold. If I type in normal font it appears to work fine from where I place the cursor. Try it and let us know. [/quote] I actually did this experiment with normal text and went back and changed it to bold simply to make my issue more clear.

  • Bug: Issue with editing notes.

I upgraded to Logos 6 and I am having issues when editing my notes; specifically when adding something to the start of a line or paragraph. The cursor appears when I want it to, but the letters that I type appear at the end of the line or at the start of the next line. It has been doing this throughout the day, even after quitting and restarting few
