• Re: Highlighting only a part of a composed word ?

Since we have seen no fix for this over the years, I have created a bug fix request as a "feature wish" in Logos. Please cast your votes so we can get this fixed. Here's the write up, please vote and add to the discussion to make it clearer. https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-desktop-app/posts/fix-hebrew-highlighting-notes-bug

  • Re: Highlighting only a part of a composed word ?

Thanks. In the mean time I'm wondering does any body know of a complete Hebrew bible in Logos with niqqudot and ta'amim (vowels and accents) which is NOT morphologically tagged? Don't say BHQ since it's incomplete. I'm wondering if I can leave off my note taking in BHS and do it in a non-morpho (if there is one). I searched and didn't find any but I

I'd be happy if it worked on Android OR the desktop. After lots of testing and rereading what others have written I've isolated it to the following: Highlighting / highlighter (or custom highlight markings, underlines, letter color changing, etc) does NOT work on Morphologically tagged Hebrew texts under the following conditions: 1) There is more than

Does anyone know if there's a place we can vote on bug fixes? I know we can vote on features and such just I would give all my votes to make highlight-annotation work in Hebrew texts the way it works in Greek and English. Logos is so awesome I just really can't believe this still isn't fixed. I thought a lot of people use it for Hebrew.

Bump 23. Is this bug in the works to be fixed? Is there a place we can cast votes for certain bugs to have priority? Thanks
"14" is a semi-continuous number or not so fool the spam detector which doesn't believe real people repeat themselves ... I'd hate to guess how many bump messages I've initiated.
Ohhh thanks MJ! I hope the algorithm checks how many posts you have and can give you a confidence score from that as well!

Mike, I was referring more to the "level 14" and is this an administrative action or something? Thanks for the help :)

Thanks Dave, no I hadn't seen the responses to the other thread, not sure why I didn't receive the notifications. Maybe my email decided it's spam. I appreciate your help Dave!

  • shared reading plans-how to designate simply "Hebrew bible" instead of specific version?

So I have some friends on a Hebrew bible reading plan I made for this year; going through the Nakh. We all have different preferred Hebrew bibles (I like BHS, one guy has BHW, and the other only has LHB). I originally made the plan for BHS thinking it would just work with their preferred bible. It doesn't; instead it informs them they do not have this

Nice! Are the visual filters available in the web app? If they are are there certain mobile browsers which are supported for this feature? Thanks, Jeremiah

  • How to change a complex reading plan's text

OK so I made a reading plan for a small group: NaKH yearly, reading through the Hebrew NaKH in a year. In making this I had to first make a separate reading plan for each of the books we are reading so I could adjust the pace based on the difficulty of the book (Joshua is much easier in Hebrew than Proverbs!) Then I combined them all in to one plan

Awww OK. I think I remember their free app kitvei kodesh (search play store for bible society of israel) allows verse level playing. Maybe that database is more expensive to license then the by chapter one (or I'm wrong). Thanks PetahChristian
I don't particularly think Nehemia is a charlatan, rather, he is just wrong about this topic.
Yes, I believe it is, Kevin. It's the dramatic reading with music. Thanks for finding that product page, exciting times to finally get a Hebrew audio bible! Edit: Here's the same pre-order on the Logos store .
Shalom everyone, I pitched this concept (a dramatized audio Hebrew bible), to the Bible Society years

Hey Dave thanks for responding. This is what I had done but I'm unsure if the daily reading list will be sent out to the members in my group. one member was asking if they could receive the daily reading as an email; do you know if the updates that get sent out regarding the group will list that? Thanks for chiming in!

  • reading plan shared with faithlife group how to set daily emails?

I made a custom reading plan in Logos, then I shared it with my Faithlife congregation. Is there a way to set it up to send out daily email reminders to members with the readings for that day?
