And from Baker Encyclopedia, Resurrection. Act of being raised from the dead, used in the Bible with three different meanings . It refers to miraculous raisings of the dead back to earthly life, such as when Elijah raised a boy (1 Kgs 17:8–24); Elisha raised the Shunammite’s son (2 Kgs 4:18–37); Jesus raised both Jairus’ daughter

[quote user="BillS"] The Lexham Bible Dictionary offers this: The New Testament also provides examples of people being miraculously returned to life: • Jairus’ daughter ( Mark 5:41 ) • The young man at Nain ( Luke 7:14 ) • Lazarus ( John 11:38–44 ) Does returned to life = Resurrection? Since all the others eventually died

Thank you. Is it appropriate for non-MVP users to create threads with Sean or who ever in all caps with bug questions? I’m curious about that. Thanks again, Bob

  • Factbook and Topic Guide related to Feast of Tabernacles

I'm curious as to why Numbers 29:12-38 is not listed under "Key Passages" and "See Also". Is this an oversight, or am I misunderstanding something? Bob

  • Re: visual filters

And for Behold the days are coming, I would just create a filter for "days are coming". (Including double quotes). This gets you things like "the days are coming" without behold in the text (from Luke 17:22, for example). There's 24 hits in my ESV for "days are coming". Bob

If you want to see the whole phrase highlighted, then use "lord of hosts" and "god of hosts" in the filter. And be sure match case is unchecked. Bob

Create a visual filter for "of hosts". Include the double quotes. That should give you all the LORD of hosts, and a few "Lord GOD of hosts" and "God of hosts". Bob

It’s just an expensive finger. Although I do like using it. It seems to be more precise on clicking on words/superscripts vs the finger when font is small. Bob

David, Possibly try disabling anti-virus programs and see if that makes any difference. Or disable anti-virus on-access scanning of Logos files. Bob

  • No Topic Guide entry for Bozrah (in Edom)

There is no topic guide entry for Bozrah (in Edom), but there is a factbook entry. And for Topic guide, if you select Bozrah (in Moab), the first item it brings up is LBD entry for Bozrah (in Edom). Seems like something isn't correct here. I would have expected to see a Topic Guide entry for Bozrah (in Edom). And for the the Bozrah (in Moab) entry,

Batman, I believe you are hitting return or GO to quick from the command box. If you wait after entering your search criteria and wait for the drop down to appear, you may find better results. Try not to hit enter or the GO indicator too quick. Bob

To keep it closed, use the gear icon on home page in top right and turn banners off. That will keep the banner off permanently. Also, I think Batman put the search words in the command
