This has been very frustrating. I also purchased a surface laptop, not just for Logos but also for work. I was sincerely hoping to use Logos in tablet mode, since the laptop has a detachable screen which can be used "like" a tablet. Trying to use Logos in tablet mode is pretty useless for anything but reading. Very disappointing. (I'm also not happy

I, too, want the option to turn off highlighting in search results. Especially if I do a "fuzzy" search where I don't know the exact phrase I am looking for. The search results become almost unreadable with every search term highlighted. I understand the reasoning behind the word highlighting, but there needs to be a way to turn it off and on.

Same problem here. I have a brand new laptop running the latest Windows 10 OS and have allowed Logos to pass through the Windows firewall. Still seeing the error.

Now that I know how Personal Books work, I'll make sure to build all of my books from documents stored on the cloud.

I use Microsoft OneDrive for the same purpose. All of my machines have a mapped drive to my OneDrive folders, which is where I store all of my documents and stuff. I have another drive mapped to my Azure blob storage account which is the destination drive for my actual backup software. If it ever gets deleted from OneDrive I have a backup on Azure.

Thanks again! I wasn't aware that was what the upload was for. I thought it was for publishing your book for others to read, and I didn't want to do that. :-) I do have the documents backed up, they just weren't on the machine where I am now running Logos.

Thanks for the reply. I figured that out shortly after I posted this question. What I'm wondering is why the source file is needed after the book is built? Thankfully I still have access to the machine on which I built the book, but if not, I would not be able to use that personal book again.

I just tried opening one of my personal books in Logos 8 and I get the message "You don't have a license to view this resource." Why do I need a license to read my own personal book?

Sorry if this is a duplicate question. The search feature isn't working for me right now, it just takes me to an error page. Is it possible to synchronize a workspace between devices, including the web app? Thanks

That works perfectly. Thanks!

Had no idea that "Send Hyperlinks Here" was even an option. I'll take a look at that, but it sounds like exactly what I need. Thanks

I am a new user of the sermon editor. I'm not a pastor but I'm putting together notes for a class and I really like this tool. However, I wonder if there is a way to add the current document that I am working on to a link set? When I add a verse reference, it changes to a link that I can hover over and view, which is really nice, but if I click on the

Forgive me if this has already been asked. I would like to see the interlinear views have different colors for the different lines. For instance, the English text could be one color, the lemmas a different color, etc. I think this would make the interlinears much easier to read. I was going to post an image describing visually what I mean, but I don

Great answer. Thanks!

Because that is the only thing I can get to at the moment...

Will my personal books, imported into Logos, ever be available online at Biblia.com? if so, when? I apologize if this has already been asked. I did some searching through the messages, but didn't see this particular topic. Thanks

Is there someway to do a basic Bible search on Faithlife? I don't see anyway to search just within a book, or to combine search terms, or to exclude certain terms, etc. Am I missing it somewhere? Thanks

I'm referring to the Roku version, by the way.
