Thanks for the additional information. There should be a file on the computer called "Sermon.db" even if it doesn't have any sermons. It is in a directory called "C:\Users\Pastor Randy\AppData\Local\Logos4\Documents\k0h23nfb.3tg\Documents\Sermon". Are you able to locate it? If you exit Logos 7, rename "Sermon.db" to something like "OldSermon.db", and

Thanks for the log file, Randy. Can you ensure that all of your sermon documents have something in the Author field, restart Logos 7, and see if that helps?

Bill, I'm sorry to hear that your lock screen image isn't being updated automatically. That's my favorite feature! Unfortunately I'm not sure how to fix it, but I can try to guess at what might help. Under Windows 10 Settings > Personalization > Lock Screen, can you make sure that Bible Screen is listed under "quick status" apps? If it is there, maybe

Thanks for reporting this. We see a decent number of these errors but we are having trouble figuring out what is causing them. Are you able to change your start screen manually? Settings > PC Settings > PC and Devices > Lock Screen Right after you get the error message in Bible Screen, can you go to Settings > Support > Share Log Files, send them to

We are not actively improving the Windows Store app, except to fix major bugs. Please consider installing the full Logos 5 application for Windows. It should run well on the Surface Pro 3, and I'm sure the Logos 5 team would appreciate feedback on how to make it better for Surface Pro users.

Hi, Tim. Sorry for the trouble you are having; that definitely should not be happening. The next time you run the Verse of the Day app and it changes your lock screen, can you click Settings > Support > Share Log Files, send them to logosbugs@logos .com, and let me know? Do you have a different Windows computer also running Bible Screen Verse of the
